I feel that there needs to be some kind of agreed upon definition of 'tipsy' and 'drunk'. Nobody can seem to make their mind up on what state should be called what, and where a line is drawn. I consider being dizzy and slightly wobbly as tispy. I mean, the word has 'tip' at the start, as if you feel like you're gonna fall over. Yet some people I know consider that as being drunk (if only mildly).

I think a good night at a pub might be a good thing, like sltungle said. if we had a melbourne meetup.

Or Roo-kie's idea of a smoke-up. Either works.

I don't even know if alcohol had anything to do with it.

I'm having problems getting into drinking again. Even though I'm only 18. Since my 18th, I've been having too much. I don't even remember my 18th.

I'm 5' 10/11" (not sure) and I weigh 70kg. [editline]9th February 2011[/editline] Although I'm late with that. I've only ever been tipsy.

Being drunk is terrible.

Its hilarious when you're watching others drunk though.

There is an element of enjoyment to being completely intoxicated though, if you can remember it.

Don't drink anything too strong, and if you do, don't take swigs from a bottle because then you don't know how much you're actually drinking. Use shot glasses, then you can give yourself some kind of basis of comparison. I try never to go past about 12-15 standard drinks because that's about as far as I can go before I'm at my 'tipping point' (where I go from feeling fine and remembering 100% of the night to... missing chunks of my memory, and puking everywhere). And yes, being drunk to the point at which you puke and forget stuff DOES suck. I'm going to try to never, ever, ever get to that point again in my life. I hate it. It's not good for you in any way shape or form and it makes you feel like dying for like an entire day (or longer).
