Doctor's ASAP. It's a throat infection and you have big pus filled sacks at the back of your throat (whether you realise it or not).
I'm on antibiotics for it.

I'd try and get an appointment for tomorrow if I were you. It's PROBABLY not gonna be getting better anytime soon.
I've been on antibiotics since THURSDAY and mine still hurts slightly. If it's taken my body half a week to start healing WHILST pumped full of drugs it's gonna take your body a LOT LONGER to do so alone.
