It's not that cold.
When I went to Mt. Buller and it was minus 3 it actually felt quite warm. But then at Hotham It was 14 and it felt colder there.
Which makes no sense.
I hear Americans talking about it being 60°F and it being nice and warm. Here it's more and we're fucking freezing.
I have to get used to winter now after a shitty and not so hot summer. That sure was fun.
i think this should be our new flag

No hot days but by that there were all cool days. Spent most of it's time raining in the 20s. What good is summer if it's like that?
Today is nice and cool.
Rainy too.
Perfect day to have my head stuck in a book :3:
Was really chill today, I enjoyed my walk home.

Go to New Zealand or Scandinavia if you enjoy the cold so much, we Australians relish in the scorching hot.
love spending my free afternoons doing accursed high school chemistry. its frustrating how much we have to remember

Ahh, so glad it's over.
Now I'll be doing uni level chemistry!... And biology. And physics.
Well fuck, another storm in Brisbane except this time its on the southside

I'm liking physics, i get most of it. I just have huge gaps of knowledge that makes it hard to catch up, that and all this content to remember, euh.

I love physics, but I hated it at school. Same with most things at school, actually. Like I love learning about physics in my own time, but at school... well, it was school. The fact that I already knew most of the things we did probably didn't help very much either, made me get kinda bored.
Looking fucking forward to uni level physics, though.

I always wanted to do physics at school but it was a decision between physics and biology. Biology always wins.
First uni day was pretty cool, got free coke and Iced tea :v:

Biology was the best.
I thoroughly enjoyed acing my HSC biology exam.
Fucking biology and its awesome stuff you learn
I don't like Biology that much bit I never did it so I can't say much. Physics was good though, had an awesome teacher and the subject material was easy seeing as it was about the 6th time I had learned basic electronics like Ohms law.
I enjoyed biology. Was my favourite subject, and my second best one. First was Outdoor and Environmental Studies. Where I did the best out of my whole school. And I hated it.

Other factors are need to be taken into account, including wind, and especially humidity.
My old man is in Antarctica, and in the summer months he can get away with a t-shirt, because it's extremely dry.
The weather has been pleasant, but I do like having weeks in the 30s sometimes, apparently Melbourne has only had 14/75~ days above 30 degrees this Summer. None of them have been when I was at the beach, despite spending about a month of Summer at one beach or another.

I waited in a virtual queue for about five hours.
Woo.
Lazy cheap university bastards.

I live in Melbourne for a reason, take your desert heat elsewhere.
So I just got better from a throat infection like a week ago, and now my chest has been hurting slightly since I woke up this morning :/ I had better fucking not have a chest infection now. Bugger the fuck off, infections!
I heard Alice Springs is a place with a cool temperature :smug:
Been a while since I've been to Alice but it's not that bad. At least it's not absurdly humid so as long as you don't get burnt, the heat ain't too bad.
What a cold dreary day. Goddamn Sydney with its fucked up weather

Well, I'm extremely bored in class, so I'm just checking the temperature in different Australian cities. Alice Springs is the hottest place so far. Surprised to see that the temperature is relatively low in Sydney compared to other places.
EDIT:
Scrapt that. It's in the south, so it makes sense. Melbourne is even colder.
