Last night we had a bunch of sandflies or something in our toilet so I sprayed a heap of flyspray in there and they all just dropped out of the air. Only ones that were caught in a spiders web didn't fall down. The next day I noticed the spider had come and was eating some of them. Later on I noticed the Spider was dead from eating the poisoned sandflies. Fucking Australia.

Just came back from crown. Was up $110 at my highest, then ended up leaving down about $10 or $15. Not bad considering I had dinner and bought a pint at The Pub (the pub is actually called 'The Pub'), though. Still... should have walked when I was so much up. I DID walk initially when I was $90 up but friends went back in and I got bored and put like $40 down.

I went and looked at Brisbane, went where the cops had blocked it off It's so peaceful now, the states worst disaster and there's shit all to look at opposed to a fire or cyclone. I saw something that looked like a dog floating down the river, poor thing. And the sunrise guy is taller than you would think.

As well as Crown tonight my friends and I finished off our 'three day bender'. Not that it was really a bender, it was 'drink every night for three days straight, but don't drink during the day time because we'd get done for public-intoxication'.

I'm in Robe, SA at the moment for a holiday. of course I expect for it to be beatiful and sunny so I can go to the beach, instead it's been fucking raining for the past 4 days and the water is choppy as fuck so I can't get my board out. Bright side is, the pub looks onto the water so you just run out if the waves get better.

Aussie here... Looking at the OP.... I have a few issues 1. Vegemite tastes like shit. 2. Lamington's taste like shit. 3. Waltzing Matlida is a classic Aussie song and it's a fun song to sing when you're drunk, yeah ok I can see your point about it being our national anthem.
