Havent really been trying though. Ive got my RSA and RCG so getting one shouldnt be that difficult if i can find an opening.

Yeah, skipping or losing a year either way kind sucks. I skipped year 9 and spent the first half of first year Uni being 17. Shit sucked not being able to go out at all.

I swear nowhere cares if you have your RSA. I didn't have it on my resume and got a job at a cafe where I can serve beer and wine to patrons (I do have my RSA though, easiest test in the entire world, ever).

I'm exactly the same but I've been trying. Its so hard to find a job though. Got a job at the Bucking Bull if anyone's heard of that, but the conditions were so shit I quit after two shifts. Even worse than macdonalds or places like that. Now I'm going to have to get a job.

How the fuck did you manage that?

Is the situation rectifiable or are you fucked? I'm pretty certain the census date is like late Feb or something, so you should be able to change it between now and then if you go through the proper channels. At least you're enrolled in the uni in the FIRST place, that should make things easier.

The enrolment system at RMIT was pretty fucking confusing. I thought THAT would be a good method to use to weed out the actual competent people from the people who slipped through the cracks and got high ATAR scores by some fluke.

Heat woke me up, but it's cooled down now. Bedroom is a comfortable 25 degrees with a nice breeze blowing through it (probably the only reason it actually feels comfortable).

Also: anyone know when/how we get our booklist for uni (RMIT specifically)? Will it come in the post or what?
