You should change "British and France 100 War" to to the "Napoleonic wars" and add Waterloo, War and peace and Hornblower to that. But if you want to leave"British and France 100 war" it there then you could add Robin Hood (2010) and The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc. And maybe A knights Tale(it got like 2 minutes of that war)
Ah yeah thats the name I was looking for. Forgot what it was. Also I'll add those movies as well cheers. [editline]1st June 2011[/editline] OP Updated. I just watch Restrepo, bloody awesome Doco/Movie. If you haven't seen it you must!
Also, add Sergeant York. It's a WW1 film.
9th company
Rota 9 bro. Watch the original.
Passchendaele and Dien Ben Phu shouldn't be in WW2. Pass. was in WW1, and Dien Ben Phu was the Vietnamese independence war.
The Beast of War (1988) About a Russian tank in Afghanistan and its crew. Which includes a sadistic commander and a sympathetic driver
Into Tv shows you can add "Rome" as in Roman conflicts(yes it's mostly a drama but it got some battles(well one) Also in to tv shows add "Sharpe" in Napoleonic wars. In films add "The Patriot" into American Revolutionary War. And under tv shows add "John Adams" under the same war. And under tv shows add "North and South" under American Civil War along with "Gods and Generals". And under films add "The Last of the Mohicans" and "Barry Lyndon" under The Seven Years War. Yes some of these films/shows are more drama then war but they got some battle scenes. And forgive me for the cluserfuck i just wrote them done as i remembered them. EDIT: Also what about adding Fantasy/Sci-Fi to the list, then we can have movies like LOTR, Starship Troopers etc?
We Were Soldiers
I really disliked this movie. WAY too patriotic for my tastes.
Red Dawn, bro! Even if it's a fictional war, it's still a war.

You put the "Last of the Mohicans" wrong, it should not be in Napoleonics Wars but in The Seven Years war and that's along with the movie "Barry Lyndon".
The Bridge (WWII)
Paths of Glory should be added, it's about WWI.
Some good stuff here http://www.youtube.com/user/MilitaryDocumentary there's an 18 part doc on the Korean war.
fyi, the last of the mohicans didn't happen anytime near the napoleonic wars
You put the "Last of the Mohicans" wrong, it should not be in Napoleonics Wars but in The Seven Years war and that's along with the movie "Barry Lyndon".
I think I might just call it the 100 war. Those two sides just couldn't sit still for five fucking minutes.
I think I might just call it the 100 war. Those two sides just couldn't sit still for five fucking minutes.
If you mean the 100 years war it ended during the late middle ages and was between Britain and France. The Seven Years War was several hundred years later and was between a lot more countries. You wouldn't put Saving Private Ryan in the crusade wars?
