Cheers guys just updated the OP. Don't forget to
POST AND DISCUSS
Forgot Armadillo bro. Goes under Documentaries in Afghanistan, I'd say. It's Danish though, so you have to watch it with subtitles if you don't speak it.
Another one for the Bosnia Conflict:Behind Enemy LinesI'm not actually sure whether or not it takes place during or after, but I know it's based on events that happened during the Conflict.
yeah I'll add it. But I don't know if it was the Bosnia conflict?
[editline]25th June 2011[/editline]
I was also going to add the the green berets but god that movie is so stupid and crap. A spit in the face to the servicemen that fought, survived and died in the Vietnam war.
I was quite taken aback when i read the TV list and I seen "Tour of Duty" was missing. Google it. It's about the Vietnam war and it was brilliant.

Vietnam war for the win.
Looking into it..
Oh yeah, I'll be hunting for this one..
BTW, I can't believe no one listed Jacob's Ladder.
Very good Nam' war movie..
Good to see this thread's still kicking.
Chuckled about the size of the WWII section

Yeah sorry about that. I remember watching that show not too long ago. I'll be adding it to the list now.
Behind Enemy Lines was a great film about the conflict in Serbia.
Tour Of Duty has met my approval.
Thought the acting was going to be total bullshit at first, but it really picked up out of nowhere.
And once again, I see another one of my favorite 'Nam films has yet to be listed.
Dead Presidents.
Inglorious Basterds in missing from WW2 list.
and in Iran and Afghanistan there should be Green Zone and Body of Lies.
If you want a proper Russo-Soviet war movie get Charlie Wilson's War. Tom Hanks as a US congressman who masterminds the plan to give weapons to the Mujahideen and help them fight the Soviet invasion. If you've heard of the US supplying the Taliban in the 80s, this is how it happened and it's a damn good reason, true story pretty much. Also way better than 9th Company, Russian leftists haven't refined the art of showing how shit war is without making shit up.
And Rome needs to be up there, one of the best series around. Vietnam war movies get We were Soldiers and Rescue Dawn, both rather good movies.
Wonderful. l'll add them to the list ASAP, thanks for the movies and discussion. Keep it coming C:
Just watched this video, really interesting and gives you a new view on the war and to see what it's really like.

Haven't seen green zone yet, heard so many mixed opinions on it. Also not sure what to put the movie under in the OP?
I just found this movie and I'm surprised no one mentioned it yet: Flame and Citron
It's about two Danish freedom fighters who hunt Nazis.

takes place in Iraq
Yeah, I'd assume it's the present day Middle Eastern Conflict.
Alright OP is updated, and damn its becoming one sexy list if I do say so myself.
