love me for who i am
It might look like as if I was trying to make my handwriting look bad, but no, it has always been like this. Never improved at all. I once learned how to write in cursive, but because we didn't need to write like that after the sixth grade, I now can't write in cursive at all. If I try it automatically turns into shitty normal writing.

I always disliked cursive writing, could never do it.
What pen is that?
uniball eye. not very good imo
What pen is that?
as mentioned, uniball eye. i get the fine black ones and use them all day every day in uni. although they might take a little longer to dry than some people like, they write very smoothly and i use them for sketching too. good pens imo!
Not literally horrible... I guess.

Man I can't write for shit.
1) Attempted print
2) Attempted cursive
3) This actually looks neater than my ordinary writing, if you were to look from the other side or in a mirror
4) Tried my right hand

And yeah, I'm shaky enough that I had to balance my phone on a can of compressed air to try to get the photo in focus (and still failed)

Those BIC pens are great, I have an expensive Parker pen but it's made of metal and quite fat so it's hard to grip
Man, in my high school english class last year me and only one other kid could write + read cursive. It came to be a problem when we would take up tests and mark each others, because I would get stuck with his (he refused to not handwrite).
I didn't have a problem with volunteering to do his, until I got the paper and I realized each word was skewed so long that it practically all blended together! There is no reason that the word the should be like, 6-8 cm across the page.
Who writes like that?

I actually never learned to write better than this, so i only write like this except when i'm signing shit, then I'm just writing some unreadable shit.
Also, i believe this is the first time i've ever written a "q" by hand.

Love handwriting, never stopped working on it.
Pretty handwriting.

you guys think your handwriting is bad think again

this is what my handwriting looks like when i write slowly and deliberately (almost never because when i have an idea i just kinda let the pencil fly) it's legible, but not pretty
but THIS

is what it looks like when i write it fast, which i need to do for shit like tests
i blame cursive for stunting the development of my motor skills

That's beautiful!
I thought you were reffering to writing in cursive. Wtf? Have people really forgot how to handwrite?
I usually write in caps with a mix of lowercase letters to keep the flow of speed consistent.
I haven't written in cursive in years and still don't understand how the cursive z looks like a z at all.
2nd line
COMIC SAAAAAAAANS
I need that paper where you had to trace the letters.
I got a fountain pen for christmas (really shitty one, complete with no ink!), that I plan on learning to write again with. I wouldn't mind seeing a fountain pen megathread around here, there's a lot to learn and see
Does anyone else's writing seem to flow like cursive, but is actually print? If you looked at my hand-written papers, you would see that all the letters in my words are connected
I write in 100% my own variant of cursive, it's very VERY fast but fills up the page so densely you just DON'T want to read it. If you take your time you can decypher it, though.

The first one is my note taking writing. This is generally just for me, since no one else but me can decipher the unspeakable things I write with this.
The second is normal speed
Third is ALL CAPS
Fourth is when I take marginally more time
Granted this is with tablet so it's not nearly the same as actually writing.
