This is actually a pretty creative photoshop. Somebody should fix that odd facial expression, though.

The fact that he during his evolution managed to grow two entirely different types of eyes, is just, highly unlikely.

Added horns and blood-circulation to the fin/tail, otherwise this would not be a supirior race to, for example, the Rhino^^

Yeah, it's a little weird, because i dont think it would use energy on a tail after it evolved feet^^

The useless fourth eye, has moved to the second predator mouth.
The second mouth is now more like an independant creature eating for the primary creature.
It has also evolved teeths.

Added anus (not a joke - he needs somewhere to poop from) back-flipper appendages that could later form legs, canines and incisors to help physical digestion. also I kind of messed up the horns - sorry :(
He doesn't have bowels but he does have an anus?
