Got a Viper one way remote start for Christmas. And nobody can install it until February :(
The short story is that some lady and I both merged onto the same lane at the same time. As for whose fault it is, I really don't know. I can't really articulate my thoughts that well right now as I just got back, but tomorrow morning I'll post pictures of the damage to my car and try to draw up a diagram.
um, I`m not sure, but who is right in this scenario? I've always wondered it. if two people merge into the same lane at the same time, who is at fault? let's say it's the middle lane on a 3 way highway and one car is on the leftmost lane and the other is on the rightmost. what do?
do it yourself
I would if I had even a clue on how to start. Are there any guides online?
do it yourself
Easier said then done in about 90% of vehicles...
Wired up the new Pioneer HU today  Putting a set of KC Daylighters up front here in a few weeks.

And half the wires get cut off of the unit anyways. PM your car and I can help walk you through installing it if you'd like. Viper one way.. I'm assuming it's the 5101, yes? Those babies fly off the shelves.
If you your good with wireing and schematics its not soo bad. But I'm Leary of remote starters cuz somee cars they get installed in don't seem to like them. My brother worked @ best-buy, and his best friend in Car-Fi reinstalled One 3 times into His impala. Blew 2 Computers and fried some wiring for the Starter relay & Security. Finaly Gave up, and we plan on installing an OEM setup into his car. So Instead of buying one for my car, I opted to trade my car in in for a new car that came with an OEM 2 way starter (that controls HVAC and defrost Automaticly :D). Was the whole reason I went from the 2002 Impala to a 2009.
i'm supposed to get a foot of snow tomorrow (:

HNGGGG busted up my front bumper. Parked a little too close to the curb yesterday and it got caught, when I pulled back I heard a scraping noise but I didn't think much of it. Cousin comes over today and asks me what the hell happened to my car, go outside thinking he was joking and part of the bumper is hanging off. :emo: If I can't fix it maybe I can use this as an excuse to do a Getta conversion.

I'm loving all these Christmas stories in this thread.
I'm loving all these Christmas stories in this thread.
The only thing car-related I got for Christmas was a kayak, and that's only vaguely car-related because now I plan on buying a kayak rack in the future.

I got a Subaru Forester for Christmas, only has 9000 miles and its 4 wheel drive.
I got a Subaru Forester for Christmas, only has 9000 miles and its 4 wheel drive.
Why the hell did I rate that funny? I changed what I rated it to a heart
I got a Subaru Forester for Christmas, only has 9000 miles and its 4 wheel drive.
I'm not jealous... I'm not bitter... I don't want to live in USA...
I got a new Turbo 400 Transmission for my truck...Long story short i didn't know my old Turbo 350 that was falling apart was holding my truck back that much, i at least tripled the amount of rwhp that i got by ditching that tranny and torque converter for this new one, I never knew my truck had so much power waiting to be unleashed. To put it simply, with the old tranny i was not able to break the tires loose, even chirp them, no matter what i did, flooring it around a corner, powerbraking...With this new tranny, i barely tap the gas pedal going around a corner and I'm squeeling the whole way...And this is with oversized 33,12.5,15 A/T tires...Imagine if i had street tires on it? I'd need a new set every month...I never knew my engine had all of this power waiting, i can't even put it into words. Best christmas in a long time. On a less jolly note, that's all i got for Christmas because it was so expensive. That and a few bags of skittles in my stocking :/
My mum spilt half a bottle of white wine on the back carpet of my car, and now it reeks like goon :frown:
The dude with the Astro wasn't interested in a Volvo :saddowns:
These guys just keep cracking up while taking an Eclipse offroad.
Since my Jeep is guzzling gas like it's nothing, I got a '96 Volvo 850. It's still being transported though which makes me sad. [img_thumb]http://i464.photobucket.com/albums/rr6/gardenvillegarage/svolvo/SANY2059.jpg[/img_thumb] The interior looks brand new. [img_thumb]http://i464.photobucket.com/albums/rr6/gardenvillegarage/svolvo/SANY2158.jpg[/img_thumb] Should be a good car once I get used to driving manual.
Cars are fast
My car is blue
Planning to order an amplifier for the 400 Watt woofer I got in my trunk next month. Shit's gonna be so cash.
