ITT being dicks to a kid because his family owns a Ferrari
what would you rather him do? NOT post pics of it?
i'd rather him not be such a smug asshole about it
he basically came in and was like "you jelly?"
when shogunner inherited a ferrari from his uncle, we were all chill with it because he was like "oh this is awesome i'm so excited" but in a humble way

en·vy

–noun

a feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another's advantages, success, possessions, etc.
No, just give some SOLID evidence rather than just two pictures that anybody could grab off the internet. Once he gives me that, than yea, I can believe it.

Envious of his father, not of the kid.
Frankly, I don't care about a Ferrari enough to jizz all over it if it's not mine.

someone called him out on it and then he stopped posting, then came back
he was nice about it at first but then all the coolness went to his head

I Personally I don't Find Super Cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maclaren etc) that appealing or Desirable..call me weird, but I'd rather have a Rolls Royce Phantom Over a Ferrari Any day.

I'd love a Chrysler 300C. Damn how I want one.

I'm the same way.. I would rather drive something like my GC than those fancy cars. IMO, the less electronic things, the better. I like my K20 more than just about any car. No ABS, fuel injection, etc. None of that 'drive by wire' crap. Just pure cable and spring going to the carburetor. That is my kind of automobile.
Rolls Royce's make you look like an old man imho

I still Like my electronics though, but I abso-fucking-lutley HATE ETC (Electronic Throttle control). I miss the instant throttle response of my 2002 Impala. I was playing around on the highway once, and at a red light I floored it, and NOTHING happened for a FULL 3 seconds... just sat idling.. Only thing i hate 'bout my Current car.
You guys think that if Ford made the F430 and not Ferrari that it wouldn't be as cool? Or as pricey?

The only thing I really need that is electronic is the radio, solenoids, relays, and other things needed for the car to run.
Cars these days have too much things that can go wrong. I like my old truck where if something goes wrong, it's a simple fix and doesn't require some OBDII reader to tell me whats going on.

they made the gt, which was pretty coolio

I Can Agree that theres TOO many electronics (like my Car having a Body Control Module, a Engine Control Module, a Transmission Control Module, a Electronic Brake Control Module AND a Communications Module), But theres nothing wrong with having Engine Electronics. its all the extra BS thats the Pain in the ass.
No. I mean take the same car with nothing changed but the name. Ferrari to Ford. Would people look at it any differently?

yes because ford sucks compared to ferrari

what do u want
yes because ford sucks compared to ferrari
ok fordlord you are REALLY going to dumb me when I am saying an automaker that specializes in making affordable cars and trucks for low-middle class americans and gets most of their work done in mexican factories sucks compared to a company that uses high quality parts, many things are hand assembled and some carbon fiber on the body is worth more than 3 ford cars
REALLY????? what is there to dumb about that
Write your FP name on a piece of paper and set it on the steering wheel or something. Than snap a picture.
what do u want
they probably want just a few shots (inside and out) with a piece of paper that says your fp username and date and take a pic
ok fordlord you are REALLY going to dumb me when I am saying an automaker that specializes in making affordable cars and trucks for low-middle class americans and gets most of their work done in mexican factories sucks compared to a company that uses high quality parts, many things are hand assembled and some carbon fiber on the body is worth more than 3 ford cars

You're talking about two different cases of automotive manufacturing. Ferrari doesn't mass produce their vehicles like Ford has to.
Edit: Companies outsource their work to make their products more affordable. Even though a lot of Ford's cars and trucks are built on U.S. soil.
what do u want
Pic of your mom and/or sister posing nude on the hood.
Then I will be envious.

exactly why ferrari is better. point is, you can`t just say it would be the same car just with a different emblem, ford would be unable to create such a good car and that`s that
they also outsource to make more money and cut corners on pretty much everything just for that profit

You just seem like an all around dumb guy.
Nah, as some one else said, it's dumb to compare a highly massproducing car company to one that has very high standards and produces each car specially.
If you told some one you would buy them any car, but it had to be Ferrari or Ford, they would probably pick Ford because of how much cheaper it will be for parts, maintenance, repairs, cost to insure, etc.
There are many benefits of owning a Ford over a Ferrari. Ford's (their trucks anyways, I hate their cars) are assembled in the U.S.

Ford could make just as good of a car, but they are targeting a much different group of people. Ferrari sells high priced cars to rich people, while Ford sells low priced cars to lower income people. It would be a stupid move for Ford to base their income on a high priced car.

who the fuck would choose a ford?

Some one with half a brain that can make good financial decisions.

No, clearly being such a ford fanboy you should know a lot of their trucks are made in Mexico, Malaysia and Vietnam.
If someone was to offer to buy you a car and you took a ford over a ferrari, you sir, would be A FUCKING IDIOT
if you can`t afford insurance just sell it
damnit stupid ford fanboys
oh and the question was buying a ferrari if it had a ford emblem, and my answer was that would be impossible because they are on two different playing fields, which you just restated
Some one with half a brain that can make good financial decisions.
or they take the ferrari sell it make 200 gs.. thats a good financial decision
