Man, I really wish I could own one of these.

Like what exactly? I don't care about putting it into rims or a body kit or the sound system. It's already nice. I want to start some performance mods and you start with exhaust, it's pretty standard. You can't come close to buying a turbo kit, let alone having one installed for that price and even then you still need the nice exhaust. No point upgrading the brakes unless you have something to brake.
I hate driving on party weekends like Halloween. I was driving home from my girlfriend's house trasher white Buick runs the his stop sign and missed knocking me out by a hair. Christ.
better luck next time
Right at about $2,000
A few other things I'm going to do decently soon, powder coat the rims black, get the Mugen Ventilated window visors, tint the windows, and get a set of foglights and the front and rear HFP spoiler.
If only I could get my long tubes for that price. I have to stick with shorties and high flow cats.
................just turbo it or something
A supercharger or turbo for me would cost 6K just for the parts and another 4k for install and get my compression decreased.

I'm going to buy a garret stage 2 turbo kit and install it myself, I'm getting the hondata pro which allows me to hook up my laptop directly to the ECU and tune it myself, no need for a shop. Installing a quality turbo kit is no more intensive than installing a set of headers, as long as the kit is good that is.
I'll take pictures of the dent tomorrow..
I'm pretty wasted today tbh
Too drunk...
fuck yeah, dad ordered a plasma cutter. that'll make cutting the floor and trunk out of the camaro SO MUCH EASIER.

uhh
no.
Turbo systems entail oil lines, vacuum lines, BOV's, wastegates, intercooler routing...
Headers are just maybe 10 bolts.
New top to match the doors finally.

Yeah and all of those are easy enough if you can read instructions and a good Greddy or Garret kit will usually have pretty detailed instructions. I'm pretty confident that I'd have no issues as I have personally replaced an entire cooling system on a 2.slow Jetta MKIII, radiator, hoses, coolant flange, thermostat, coolant pump, reservoir, radiator fans, and airbox. If you've got a shop manual you can do about anything with the proper tools.

I don't have any mechanical experience though, nor any way to lift the car to get to the exhaust parts. Tuning wise I would get them to send me an email tune for the predator and just get it tweaked but there is not a chance I could put on my own supercharger or drop 5k on a single part.

You're wasting money by buying a kit, and I sincerely doubt exhaust, intake and a chip will net you 45 hp. My turbo car has gained maybe 40 hp from a full exhaust, intake, increased boost and a tune. You'd be better off building a turbo kit yourself by looking for deals online and people selling used parts.
Also unless your Civic has an engine in the shape of a V, you only have one header.
Spotted this new roundabout on Friday, and I know how everyone loves them.

Somebody needs to come up with a contest about who can last in a roundabout longest
As part of a field trip back in school we got the bus driver to drive around a roundabout 13 times before turning off :v:
Buying new gears for the 03' Cobra soon. 355's in it atm, going to go to 373's my dad says. :D cannot wait, hoping for 11.7-11.8 down the 1/4 mile
the camaro has 4.11s which is going to suck for driving on the highway

also launch control/flatfoot shifting, watch the boost build from a stop and stay up even through shifts

next up is maddad whisper catback and a downpipe I haven't decided on yet, followed by a vf39 turbo, new TMIC, uppipe, and then meth injection if I still want more power
it's all coming together now :v

The K20Z3 i-VTEC is a very capable engine and a Hondata FlashPro upgrade with a racing exhaust and exhaust manifold and a good CAI pretty consistently takes it up 35-45hp. But anyways it'll be pretty interesting. Ordered a Techtonics cat-back exhaust for our Jetta MKIII, should have a nice sound to it.

0-60 in 6.6? That doesn't seem right.
I've heard of flatfoot shifting tons of times, but I never thought to how it would work? Can you really just keep you foot planted and it knows when the clutch is disengaged or something?

There's roundabouts bloody everywhere I live, you get quite skillful at using them very quickly after a while. Can be fun hurtling your car around them :v:
I would just like to let you all know that the last page or two of this thread made me lol a little bit.
Enjoy your 6k turbo, I'll be over here enjoying my 23 year old wagon that makes more power than you with less than $1500 in the entire car.
tschau!

I've got an Astro Van, Sadly mine doesn't have a turbo like the one in the video, but really it can burn the tires without one. :P
And they drift like no other.

I think people too often misunderstand how much less than they think an intake, exhaust and headers will actually give them.
and lol I`m impressed with the fact that 4banger is making almost 200hp but I really can`t see much more being squeezed out of it
