I really hope this guy comes up with the roadworthy certificate (even if it's been done dodgily), because this car is beastly in my opinion. The rear might be a little low to pass though.
The fact that it's American.
That's a very intelligent response. I can tell that some good thought and effort went into that post.
So guys, I was on my way home from school when I spotted this trash on the way home. I barely got it on video.

Just imagine trying to corner in that!
Just imagine trying to corner in that!
No, imagine trying to up a hill. Think about it for a second, no front wheel contact will make many a man freak out.

wut
IIRC it has nothing to do with a shaft, its the diff
uh no
Picture looks so bad because my phone takes terrible pictures in the dark. Turns out the trucks running better than I thought. The timing is off though. Next week I plan on taking it out to the country, and taking some pictures with my good camera.

I can assure you that none was given.
Had my first accident today!
I was in the left turn lane sitting there. There's a median next to me and everything. A Pontiac Grand Am comes from the oncoming lane doing 45mph. He drifts to where the curb and median is, and he sideswiped my car with his fucking mirror. The mirror on his car is fine, holy shit it was a strong mirror. It dented my side and ripped off part of the rubber bumper on the side of my car. He grinded to a halt on top of the sidewalk median and got out of his car. I pulled into the neighborhood street and ran out to him to ask him if I could help. His reply:
"You're fucking stupid, why are you in the turn lane?"
:downs:
I walked away and got my insurance information. I called the Police, they said they would try to make it there in 30 minutes, but they never came. It was pretty simple once he calmed down. On top of the great luck of being 16 and having my X5 hit, it started raining which made everything else worse. Luckily my car has seat warmers and a heater. I have one accident forgiveness on my insurance, so I hope this will get out of my way. I'll take picture tomorrow when it's not 12:30 midnight.
What kind of engine does your ramcharger have doc h.?
Oh its only a 318 V8. Im pretty sure its a 5.2(?)L. Im thinking about buying my friends 5.7L 350 and putting it in there. That or putting it in my mustang.

i love how americans thinks a 5.2L is "only" a 5.2L. lucky bastards with their cheap fuel. Over here, if you had a normal job, you'd be fucked if your engine was any bigger than 3 Liters. You wouldn't be able to drive anywhere. The average engine over here is probably a 1.6 diesel or something
You don't really need anything that big if you're just commuting.

America with it's overkill engine sizes.

This is a good example:

just a normal family car
WHY does it have a 8 Litre V8?
i dont get it

I bet it has <200bhp
and cant corner well because of it's huge engine weight
exactly
how did they get such a small amount of hp out of an engine that big anyway?
Just a guess: They're behind in engine development compared to their European competitors?
Big bulky engines make cars hard to turn
my car's engine is a 2.0L DOHC
:saddowns:
why the sad face?
a 2.0 dohc is a perfectly fine engine
why the sad face?

overall, it's okay, but it lacks acceleration
makes it annoying trying to pass someone, especially on the interstate
also, getting up to the speed limit from a dead stop

Dont get me wrong, I know 5.2 is pretty big, and we are lucky to have such cheap gas prices. But for something that I want to go fast (car) or strong (truck) I want bigger.
world needs more f20c's
In the process of helping my friend by a 2003 Mach 1 Mustang because is 2003 G35 got totalled. Sad to lose fastest car spot though :(

Well the thing is that the car is no dodge neon, it all solid steel and it's built like a tank so for it to move around effectively it needs a v8 because it would murder anything lower. Unless it's a really strong V6.

Also Doc H. Buy a 440 with something like a single 4 barrel carborator, they are quite common and make shitloads of power if you invest a little into it. Around in the 70s the ramcharger was made with a 440 but it was a little rare, so the only problem is finding the 4x4 transmission. The ramcharger I'm looking at is a 1977 red and white ramcharger and it has a 400 which I guess is in the middle of the 440 and the 383 so it's nothing too massive, but you never can get anything too big. My dream engine is this 904 cui hemi, http://www.schubeckracing.com/index2.html
