Well I found the two screws that were missing from the carb in the back of the truck. I also found 4 halogen lights off an old go-kart I had laying around. Perfect size for the truck. just have to get a mounting bracket and wire them in. [editline]18th November 2010[/editline] But they wont go in. Period. It seems like there isnt any room. They go in a few millimeters then just top.

Also, my brother should win a truth award for dealing with the police after his wreck. Like, he tumbled his Yaris into a light pole, now he has the car that I was going to get. But anyways, after the wreck and when the cops arrived, they did the standard stuff of asking him if he's had anything to drink tonight and stuff like that. He said he had two beers, exactly eight hours ago. And that he probably wrecked due to the combination of black ice, and him putting his cigarette out. The cop, being a friend of my dad didn't use the Breathalyzer and just asked if he needed an ambulance or anything, then called a wrecker and had the insurance guy look at it the next day. All went well.
isn't this like your second or third wreck?
First. I drove my car off a gravel road before, but the only damage was a scratch on the bumper.
if someone did that to my car id have to send them to hospital and dont say he deserved it
It absolutely enrages me when people park horizontal in normal parking spaces at my school.
just park horizontally next to them itll be funny

My mom's X5 is being taken into the shop. Now I'm driving a rented 325i I get to go 0 to 60 MPH in less than 4 seconds. EDIT: everywhere in my area is sloped/hilly

The M3 of that era was 0-60 in 5.1 for a manual. The 325 isn't even part of the M series, so it's slower.

Also, those new Sonatas are pretty sweet.
Wow, first time ever I want a sonata just to do my daily driving.
Lil story for you all, I'll try to make it short. I went to school this morning, parked my truck (posted pics of it earlier, 77 Chevy K10 Custom Delux Stepside) and proceeded to go to class. After said class, during passing period, i realized i had forgotten my safety glasses for my autoshop class next period, and went out to my truck to get them. This is what i found: If you have absolutely no knowledge of cars whatsoever, my truck is the green one, and as you can tell from the last picture, there wasn't even a scratch or chip in the paint. Yes folks, some idiot, after i went to class, must have come flying into the parking lot like they so often do, and slammed right into my hitch receiver (rear end), and my truck, being the beast it is, didn't even feel it, while that plastic bumper now needs to be replaced. I love older vehicles. PS: as you can tell from most of the pictures from various angles, i was FAR over the center line, i left about 2 and a half feet inbetween my ball hitch and the center line behind me, and he STILL rear ended me. Dumbass.
That is golden.
It just makes you ask, how do people fuck that up?
.....while that plastic bumper now needs to be replaced.
The bumper on that Ram is metal, just not very strong metal.
Okay opinion would a performance chip give any boost in gas mileage and power for a 2000 dodge durango 4.7 liter magnum. If it would what one should I get and I would like a cheaper one.
The bumper on that Ram is metal, just not very strong metal.
True, in fact i think it's thin aluminum isn't it?

Some companies sell cheap ones, but they won't do anything good for your vehicle.
