I just found out my Grandma might give me her little Toyota truck to me for christmas, but it needs some help since most of it is made of plastic and it sits in the sun almost every day since she bought it.
I'm not really familiar with Citroen since I'm in Canada but with that kind of budget (especially when someone else is coving it) why not go for something a little more sporty?
The Citroen DS3 is pretty nice. I had my eye on a nice, used Lotus too but... It's a matter of personal preference. Rather than something Flashy and fast but Old and Used I decided I wanted something not quite as fast but equally flashy, new and very, VERY well equipped. [editline]25th November 2010[/editline]
I drive my parent's cars too, but I save up and buy my own cars with my own money.
I'm 16, can't work at that age, not in this country. I'd be very happy to work for my own money, but since that isn't a possibility, I just have to rely on my parent's kindnesses.
R/T with R/T????? NO WAI Is that your car or you parents.
It's mine. My dad sold it to me with a discount last year, he replaced it with an M56x. There is an R/T pack option on R/T models. It adds all Daytona features excluding the paint and odd deck-lid wing. So I have the SRT8 seats and such.

I added everyone but eddie to the OP, if he fixes the age, I will add him. I got Gran Turismo 5 today. I like it, but I was kinda dissapointed when I found out that they used most of the cars from GT4 without even adding an interior to them.
there are some scratches on my white hyundai elantra (previous owner was rear ended) you can't see any white paint. the scratches are black. would it be expensive to repair them?
Well chicago isn't that bad. Out on the freeway today I saw a bentley continental gt, and then a red Audi R8 convertible, good day overall. Anyone else see some cool cars today?
anyone own or know someone with a hyundai genesis coupe?
i think i'm going to make a video of my muscle truck going really fast. Agree for yes, disagree for no. [editline]24th November 2010[/editline] Come on guys, 350 hp, straight pipes, and a 1972 GMC C1500. Whats more sexier?
Really fast as in?

right foglight?
right foglight?
The cover for it broke off a while back, what I changed has to do with the hood
The cover for it broke off a while back, what I changed has to do with the hood
oh, I wouldn't know then, I'm guessing the two vents on the sides, but I'm not sure.
oh, I wouldn't know then, I'm guessing the two vents on the sides, but I'm not sure.
I made the hood scoop a functioning scoop. Subaru made the hood for engines with a TMIC, and when they put it on the OBS's without a TMIC, they just blocked it off. Well, I opened it back up so now it sucks in massive amounts of air into my engine bay. Doing so removed about 10 lbs, not a whole lot, wasn't looking for weight reduction, but it is fairly noticeable when you open the hood that it's lighter.

has anyone replaced their brake pads themselves? would it be okay to just replace the brake pads and not the rotors? or should I do both at the same time? thanks
has anyone replaced their brake pads themselves? would it be okay to just replace the brake pads and not the rotors? or should I do both at the same time? thanks
Depends on the condition of the rotors. If they aren't warped, don't have pits from rocks, and are still thick, than they are good.
Depends on the condition of the rotors. If they aren't warped, don't have pits from rocks, and are still thick, than they are good.
I'll have to check them hopefully they're fine. the car has 52,000 miles.
I'll have to check them hopefully they're fine. the car has 52,000 miles.
they should be fine unless you're one of those idiots that sits on the brakes while going down a mountain.
they should be fine unless you're one of those idiots that sits on the brakes while going down a mountain.
but i need to maintain a constant 30kph speed. Constantly!
