this is my actual car. i took the flames off for the photo
That's ok, not too rice-y. How's the interrior and engine, is it gauges and every colour of the rainbow galore or what?
It's king to nothing, but it's all he is able to have with his car tax and insurance laws. He gets to be around 900 hp Supras whenever he wants so where's the harm in modifying his Civic to the way he wants? My real top speed I never really pay attention to because I'm racing but it's around 122 mph, let off because of traffic.
I'm confused. Don't a lot of kids over there get little.. I still don't know what is over there, all I can think of is Fiats.. anyways, it's king to those, isnt it?
Derp snip
What vehicle?
We list peoples vehicles in the OP for a reason
What vehicle?
98 Talon Turbo, maybe 250 bhp. It's nothing special at the moment.

I used to own a Toyota Carina, old banger, but it worked flawlessly. I had fun taking pic of it, next to some of my friends cars. wtf everyone here owns things like Buicks
Also, give this a read
Also, give this a read [img_thumb]http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/1256/lolj0.png[/img_thumb]
No idea what that means, but it sounds like you get taxed out the ass
Pretty much, lol. If I get a car that costs lets say $1000, I have to pay an additional $1800 to get license plates. Then theres road tax, tax when paying for insurance, tax when paying for gas, taxes, taxes, taxes. It's not because I'm poor though, but Denmark just generally is a non-car friendly place. Also, if you haven't seen it, a little vid of my Civic VS Kims Supra
What is your criteria when you guys looked for your car/are looking for one. Mine would be *Must be under 1980 unless it's a truck *V8 only *Under $2000 *American or Canadian only.

That's bad even compared to my state, which is some where near the top for having the highest taxes in the U.S.
What is your criteria when you guys looked for your car/are looking for one.
Reliability, cost to repair, durability, offroadability, snowability, also looks, handling, also, if the car just 'feels right'. You will know what I mean when you find the right car.
You will know what I mean when you find the right car.
Already have, my coronet. Everything just seems so right about it, it's a odd feeling. Kind of like sitting in the seats of a old car after a busy day, it sucks you in. I love the old car seats, with all the springs. I'm pretty sure there bucket seats, right? Now I have to find another vehicle for daily driving that feels right, I've been through alot as it is. My car already has a bookshelf on the rear.
Does the US and UK Civic have different back ends or something? they look different to me, but I don't see a lot of civics anymore
Man that things huge, where did you get it from? Ikea or Home depot?!?
No, Seibon USA.
I see civics left and right, though I have no idea what they look like it just call all the dumb cars civics.
What do you drive? Nevermind, I saw your Coronet. Btw. What the fuck is up with your ratings, lol.
Denmark sucks with all it's taxes.... I think everything is getting more expensive for everyday! And I'm from Denmark D:
I think I'm going to get this grill for my Impreza A clip on my stock one broke in the accident. I also kinda want a wing like the one that was on the WRX STI's
Well for about a year I drove a manual 1983 dodge rampage, though it was mainly for learning standard. I have a 1968 Dodge Coronet that we are getting finished over the winter. I'm looking into buying some Sort of 1960 or below Dodge Fargo that or a First or second gen dodge ram. I'm strictly a dodge man. Dodges are nice. I know taxes are almost non-existant next to Danish ones in America, but how do you afford those cars?
I think I'm going to get this grill for my Impreza [img_thumb]http://www.htautos.co.uk/images/grill96-00.jpg[/img_thumb] A clip on my stock one broke in the accident. Don't get the lower one though. Just get the upper one.

I kinda like the roof wing though, I think my car looks odd without anything there.
You've seen all my 15 or so cars right? Only about 7 of them run, 1 isn't ours, other are parts cars or have no engine. I got my blue ram for $100,'rampage was inherited and impala, theres a neat story Behind the coronet and cuda I can tell later, the mustang is a friends, camaro was $2200, brown cuda was for parts, roadrunner is a friends, so is the chevy shit q mile car. And 70% of the engine parts and whatnot was inherited. [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] 0-$5000 can get you a really fucking nice muscle car in canada.
I paid $5000 for my Civic :saddowns:
I think we paid $3500 for my Impreza in 2003, and $5000 for my Chevy around that time as well.
The story behind the 1968 Coronet is that my dads friend was a powerline repairman and when he did his job he would peer into peoples backyards and see what they had. He seen the coronet and phoned my dad up in which he bought it. It was a Coronet 500, copper brown in colour with a padded dash and some hippy stuff. For about 2-4 years, I forget, he restored the car completely. Later On he decided he would race the car so he took it apart and built a roll cage for it. He started out with a 440 with 2 4 barrel carbs which went in the 11s, later he got the 547 with a single carb and it did 10s but it weeleed like no tomorrow and was to heavy so brought on the baracuda later in which he used he engine in the coronet for. The story behind the 1969 green barracuda is that my grandpa bough the car in a private sale which I have no idea of, the car sat on our lawn for a couple years. At the time we had the coronet and it was to heavy to race fast so my dad chopped the whole upper body leaving the frame, floors ect. The car was white with a black 340 sticker on the side at the time, with red interrior. 4 years went by and alot of complicated shit happened which brings the car to where it is now. It started out with a Mopar 547cui block with a procharger then went to a 540cui block with twin turbos which it uses now. We are in the process of upgrading the weelee bars and sway bars. Neat little story I thought I'd share, excuse the bad typing and whatnot, the spell checking on the iPod is a joke. [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] I'm off for now it's 3:00am.
Hey guys yesterday i went to visit my dads carshop and i drove a countach!! It was awesome! Next time i can drive the bentley if i want! here's a pic of the shop
