gas prices here are ridiculous between 13 and 14 norwegian kroner per litre that's $8.63 a gallon
I thought UK prices were steep, ours would work out at around $7.80 per gallon, particularly expensive when my car struggles to return 20mpg... And my car tax is due for renewal in January, damn cars keeping us workers poor. It's not fair!
I don't want any fibbing between this quarrel. I heard by "somebody" on a certain program that you can voice chat with, that K10's of that year will make it up to 80 mph.
It does make it up to 80 MPH, but that's because of the gearing in my rear end diff and transmission, the truck is geared low for hauling and offroading. By fast i mean i can keep up with any other person on the street, from racing to driving normally. Who wants to go above 80 anyways? All that's going to do is get you a fucking speeding ticket. And i don't think he's going to be taking his audi to the drag strip pulling 140 MPH runs ssoo... Just because my truck doesn't top out at a *wwooaahh* impressive 150 MPH or whatever doesn't mean it's slow.

Oh, and there's no chance your truck has a decent 0-60 time. It's an older Chevy, right? This guy goes from 0-60 in 15-20 seconds or so. I couldn't find a 0-60 figure anywhere on the web, so I did some YouTube research. On the other hand, the Audi A4 2.8 that I looked at today has a 0-60 of 7.4 seconds, according to Wikipedia.
[img_thumb]http://www.destination360.com/europe/germany/images/s/germany-autobahn.jpg[/img_thumb]
it would be so fun to try some supercar there :3:
So how are gas prices in everyones areas? $3.19 a gallon here for regular.
$2.80 :smug:
What makes you think my truck is slow? And i never said my truck is "Much better", i said that it is more reliable in conditions like snow, where as a car would have more problems. If he wants to go skiing, why not get an SUV? You get the reliability of a truck, but can still haul skis and is still fast. Just because it's not a car doesn't mean it isn't fast. [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] Gas prices are somewhere around $2.25 here, haven't had to fill up in a few weeks (and you said my truck is horrible on gas...hah) so i can't remember an exact number.
lol
And that is? Don't be naive. The dart will handle the snow better than this piece of shit.
Averaging $2.74 a gallon. Isn't too bad considering it was up to $3.01 last week.
Jesus christ. we pay about $12 a gallon. [editline]5th December 2010[/editline]
I thought UK prices were steep, ours would work out at around $7.80 per gallon, particularly expensive when my car struggles to return 20mpg...
Started drive to shop to get turbo timer fixed, car overheated, thought i blew a headgasket, had it towed to shop, found out it was a coolant hose under the intake manifold, shop went through two more Apexi turbo timers before giving up and swapping a Greddy full-auto at no charge (the one i originally wanted.) p.s. periods are for suckas, ballers use endless commas [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] p.p.s. jemand soll kaufen mir Stance GR+ PRO coils für Weihnachten
turbo timers are a complete waste of money btw
Im buyin a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT this wednesday for $1200
turbo timers are a complete waste of money btw
and why is that
lol
? I said the Audi was a piece of shit because it has the same body style as every single other car on the streets today.
oh and Prismatex just said your truck is slow so there you go lol
He said the K10 Stock is slow. What makes you think my truck is bone stock? Look at the pictures, if i put that much work into the body what makes you think the engine is also stock? It sure doesn't take 20 seconds to get to 60, i can tell you that now. [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] If anyone is interested in looking, i just washed and waxed my truck, compiled all the pictures i took into an album you can see here: http://tinypic.com/a/2jod3/4 [editline]5th December 2010[/editline] If anyone is interested in looking, i just washed and waxed my truck, compiled all the pictures i took into an album you can see here: http://tinypic.com/a/2jod3/4
Hey gais, is my truck slow? lololol [img_thumb]http://img395.imageshack.us/img395/9922/040508150201ja1.jpg[/img_thumb]
I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix would look this: I kinda like the look, the light output on these ones are HORRIBLE but can be somewhat fixed with spacers, the headlights sit too close to the frame so they have to use shortish projectors, makes a retrofit kinda hard. [img_thumb]http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/6681/picture012nj.jpg[/img_thumb]
Are gas prices low wherever you are in jersey? its about 2.70 something for regular/ 3.07 for diesel where im are
My K20 goes up to around 100mph
when my dad goes on vacation he drives normal 3 A.M. parkway speed and found that his F-250 goes about 95.
My K20 goes up to around 100mph
I'm sure i could get mine up to 100 MPH easy, the thing is the rear end and the tranny are geared really low, 80 is all i feel safe at because once i get above that, the engine climbs real high in the RPM's and everything starts to whine due to spinning so fast, the suspension starts to shake and whatnot, i don't think the tires are rated to go up to 100 MPH eather...But if i really wanted to, i could. The reason i say 80 is as fast as i can go is because like i said, that's the highest speed i feel comfortable driving at.
2.85 around here, 3.05 for premium
so how bout dem wagons
Funny that you should mention wagons. Finally bought a new car, a 2004 Volvo XC70 turbo. Looks just like this, will have pics when I pick it up Tuesday. Shit's gonna be so cash.
are you rich?
It was $8,750. The guy was pretty desperate to sell it, his daughter (who owned the car) had been transferred to a job in Oklahoma and wanted to get rid of the car.
