Well if someone doesn't want the fuss of having to pay attention to a girlfriend, or can't get one for whatever reason, I don't see a reason why the person couldn't buy one.
But if one does buy it, they better make damn sure nobody else finds it. If the finder is a mom/sister/girlfriend there is gonna be a helluva lot of awkward silences for the months to come, and if its a brother/friend the guy will most likely get a nickname and a ruined social life for a couple of years at the very least.

Listen, you're 19, right? When I was 15, nearly 16, I got my first sexual experience. I wasn't exactly tough or built, I was still a bit nerdy at the time (played video games quite often), but it came from a relationship that was a friendship with a girl I knew for years.
If there's anything to take away from this, women who trust you as a friend also consider the possibility that you might be a good candidate as a sexual partner or lover down the road. When they can trust a guy, it gives them a sense of security. If any of what you're saying is true, be fucking glad you have women that want to talk to you. Build those friendships, go hang out with them. Life isn't just about sex. And just because a girl doesn't say "Hey sleep with me" a little while after you meet her doesn't mean she doesn't like you. Women aren't just these mindless sex crazed things as you seem to think that always want to sleep with someone the moment they meet them.
I guarantee that if you buy something like the Fleshlight you are going to ruin your life psycologically. You will have no self confidence, you will probably choose it over going out and meeting new people/women, and you'll have no reason to ever try again. You're going to fuck up your life and regret it if you buy this.
But that's your choice, won't stop you if you think it's a good one.
