I wouldn't want to get hit by 5 BBs all in a concentrated area going 400+ FPS in a CQC environment :ohdear:

I have a horrible tendency to get hit in the fingers and finger nails. I need gloves ASAP, but I need to go to AEX to try them on. There's 3 or 4 sizes, don't know what size hand I am. As long as it's not on the hands, that [I]is[/I] fun, makes you think before rushing from cover.
But 510 FPS is too much for even snipers with 100 ft minimum engagement rules, I'd pass on that one.

I've tried gloves but they get very hot, and in the summer I even want to take my shirt off. But that's just me, I get hot easily. Just saying that I don't recommend gloves, I'd man up and face the pain. Same with people who wear sweatshirts when they go airsofting. I don't understand those people.

I don't mind hits to the arms, legs, crotch, chest, back, etc. It's just to the fingers. It doesn't hurt so much, but if someone so much as takes one glance at my blackened fingernail(s) they flip shit and scream an assortment of negative things :frown:

Never been hit in the fingernail? The whole fingernail turns black until its base breaks off (the part under skin you can't see) and another nail begins to grow below it. The nail under it slowly breaks pieces of the still black, dead nail off, starting from the base.
