now that i looked at it a bit longer, i noticed a random highlight to the bottom right of her nose, under her cheek, which doesn't really make sense to be there... also, the perspective of the mouth is off according to the rest of the face. The chin seems to be facing fully to the left, while the rest of the face is facing 3/4 to the left. The upper lip could use some work fixing up aswell, as you can see the back part of the upper lip has some problems with it's shape. Now this is just based off what i could see, I could really use the reference picture to give you proper critique. other than those minor errors, the rest of it is pretty bad ass..

It is hard. I was drawing my dad and it took time to get the proportions right. I was watching the picture from a camera. I took a picture and i just drew him from such a small picture.
