Yay, I found an end. Went right until the mario level, then want down the holes, explored the caverns, found an x-wing starfighter, eventually got back to the surface on a desert island then kept going left until it wouldn't let me go any further.

Yeah, I think that's the better question to be honest. Its incredibly detailed (I loved the North Dakota broadcast tower).
