honestly, its not so much conspiracies messing us up as the system itself. people think corporation leaders meet and discuss world control strategies, when they dont need to, they all know that the others will do whatever is most profitable. oh, and most theories are just attention grabbers. whats worse, people actually call them theories instead of hypothesis like they are. this leads to people thinking the theory of evolution isnt necessarily true just because it has theory in front of it.

for instance, ive been convinced recently that 9/11 had sort of conspiritors who blew up the building when the planes hit, but despite this the motivation for having planes collapse the buildings is there. its possible that the gov knew it was going to happen, and just didnt do anything. at the same time saddam hussein was threatening to change to the euro for selling oil, which would cause the oil backed us dollar to plumet and completely destroy our economy. for those of you who dont know, the arab countries only export oil for US currency. with oil being so important, its quite clear that our currency is not "faith" based, its oil based.

You should probably know that we still paid for the oil we did end up getting from Iraq. Afghanistan wasn't even about oil, so really this is just retarded.

The [I]only[/I] JFK assassination conspiracy theory that I've actually considered was it being due to JFK's refusal to give air support to pro-US forces (amongst them were plenty of CIA agents) who were killed during the Bay of Pigs Invasion, which obviously would've pissed off members of the CIA.

Let's take Facepunch for instance. Facepunch is a pretty active community and has a healthy sum of members/posters. As I said in the beginning I used to think about this, but now I consider it as just silly malarkey.

The Government was either involved, or more likely complacent to the attacks.
-The FBI investigation of the hijackers was impaired on multiple occasions by information that the NSA classified.
-Almost every g20 nation came forward and said that they warned GW about the attacks.
-There were quite a bit of stock options bought on the airlines that were most effected by the attacks (insider trading)
-Navy Intelligence officer Col. Mike Veerland (turned out to be a honey pot) was arrested in Canada for credit fraud. He wrote and sealed a letter in red (contraband) ink pen, and handed it to the captors saying, open it in September. The prison logged that he had those pens (in June if memory serves) What did that letter say? Osama Bin Laden, WTC, Pentagon, White House, and a few odd military bases and nuclear facilities.
-There has been recent evidence that the raid to get Osama was explict about killing him and not questioning him. Makes you wonder if (cynically, though) we didn't want him to speak.
-The Clinton Admin. had all but secured the Taliban's extradition of OBL, but the Bush Admin stopped the talks immediately, So the Taliban banned opium production to hurt the economy.
-The American Economy is propped up by at least a trillion dollars of drug money the government makes.

I don't speculate much because anyone that says anything about 9/11 is immediately branded as a crackpot, but the facts are suspect.

It is impossible to get thermite to cut horizontally unless you're blasting it out like a hose. The beams were cut during the salvage operation, the cutting is also the source of the molten metal.

And if you or he knew anything about the causes of WW1, you'd know the tensions were built up over decades, beginning with, among other things, the unification of Germany; creating a formidable power in the centre of Europe.
