Our fields are 15+ with parental consent, they sign the waiver, and the teen can play all day without being watched by his parents. The fact fields being 18+ is often related to insurance, them being hard to get, we got them so we're good.
And with the member card, signed by their parents, they can play whenever they want.
Overall the 18+ is a rule set by the community.

Also, we're getting our own custom colored BB's from BBBastard this winter. Should be neat.

I haven't bothered to check out what age the teams around here allow because I know I'm going to be moving for university in a couple years and in a year and a few months I'll be 18 anyway. I can wait that long to play airsoft again.

Hehe, I'm the founder of the second local biggest team, still a good thing, but my biggest thing being that I work at the shop, now it's good discount. My guess is that, the bastards bb's , well if they're 4$ a bag, and MSRP'ed at 10$, well I'll get them for 4$. I don't know their prices yet as we're still working for the deal atm.

An A&K Dragunov SVD SPRING sniper. I hear good things about it. Heard it's super easy to install a new spring, so i'll pick up an M150 spring after i buy the gun.

I tried one at AEX, that gun is a son of a bitch to cock. After 10 rounds my fingers were cramping up and I was having serious problems trying to pull the bolt back, resulting in double feeds.
Other than that it's pretty nice feeling. I might have bought it if it was as easy to cock as say a BAR 10 or other bolt action rifles.

My friend wears gloves, and actually padded the cocking handle, its still unbelievably painful after about 20 or so shots. Theres just not enough surface area to grab, so it puts all of the pressure on like two of your fingers, so it hurts like a motherfucker very quickly.

Another smart charger, 3 p-mags, A LOT of bb's, a nunchuck battery that will actualy fit in my m4 handguard unlike my current battery which takes a lot of dangerously tough love to fit, another smart charger, new spring to downgrade my m4, and a mag pouch for my stock, because those are badass and I could put it on my arm if I REALLY wanted to.

P-mags are known to be pretty solid mags too from what I've heard.
