The latter is much more practical than a grenade launcher.
Get a tube instead of a revolver, that's what timebomb taught me. Mostly because they are MUCH more versatile.

Gotta admit. Having a revolving grenade launcher showering BB's on people is extremely badass. The minute you own a grenade launcher like that you instantly obtain a 8 inch crotch bulge.

Less badass than you might think actually.
Its fun until people realize that they literally have enough time to step out of the way of the BBs before they hit them.
At a range, they literally have a solid 2 seconds after the BANG to get out of the way.
Its a lot harder to dodge a football with splash damage :v: (Plus the looks on their faces as the rocket flies at them is priceless)

Actually, now that I look at the ICS MGL, it appears that the chambers and barrel are semi-sealed off. This one may be able to fire rockets.
Ill have to get ahold of one at some point and test it.

CYMA has better internals. Dboys has better externals.
I had that CYMA CM.035 (it was a Gen I ). Accuracy pretty much sucked, any other inner barrel you can toss in there will be an improvement. Trigger contacts burnt out within 6 month, tab on the top cover that pushes the pin and spring into the handguard bent and snapped. Spring guide was made of plastic, snapped during disassembly. At least it had real wood on there that looked and felt nice.
Weight seemed heavier than the First Gen DBoys AKS-74N, despite being shorter.
DBoys AK's last longer. My dad's AKS-74N is still working fine after 2-3 years. Accuracy is good out of the box, no internal problems (haven't had to open it once). The only problem that it's had is the lock for the folding stock has worn down and can no longer lock into the extended position.
Well the CYMA's receiver being pot metal certainly doesn't help its case.
I seriously don't mind the cyma externals, my Cm028 one were top notch for 4 years.
As for the internals, everything in it was still in good shape after 35,000-40,000BB's (This was before I modded it 2 years ago) And the motor, is back in it, since my EG1000 died already, and well, the piston, spring, piston head, are all in my CXP, because they broke.
For china stuff I'm impressed.
I also still keep the old gears, spring guide, nozzle, and well, everything that was stock inside the gearbox in a "Just in-case" box.
Internals seem fine on my Dboys. The hop up rubber is pretty worn out but they're cheap and easy to replace. Besides that it shoots far and accurate.
