i dunno [editline]27th January 2011[/editline] soft cone scoops
Guarder for 6.02! Heh, as a tech, I pray with most of their stuff.
Where do you even get 6.02s? All we have here is .03s and .01s.
I now get them right from Guarder as we are the main Canadian distributor, but you can usually get them in Asia. Back in the day I got mine from ehobby.
Well I test fired my SOC16 with .25s and is there a way to extend the range of the bb by adding a new hopup? The bbs fly straight maybe about 150ft and then suddenly dropping (Which to my knowledge, is normal) The bullet groupings are already pretty good so lobbing the bbs even farther would be pretty cool not too worried about fps or bore since it's already a 6.035 stock (iirc) and shoots 320-330fps
eventually... http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=139_24_91&products_id=6217

But if you're getting 150 feet, all you'll need is maybe a new hop-up.

It's one heavy son of a bitch for a M4 it's size. We both hate the crane stock battery setup. The wires have already been crimped twice when we had to reinstall the buffer tube and also when we close the stock. Highly recommend lipo buffer tube batteries for this gun along with a regular stock.

I don't know. You'd have to get an answer from Wolves.
Wolves answer me dammit :argh:
If you want to pull out for the maximum range, you need to opt out for a great tight barrel, 6.02, 6.01. and to it, you must add a good hop up (Guarder clear, or prometheus soft), those both goes well with the concave spacers. To my experiences you can end up getting way more than the 150 feet you are geting now of accuracy. If done well. And sorry, working on some decals for the custom rifles I may end up doing at the shop.
I see... but it seems that I can't get a whole lotta .01/.02s around here so is sawing off the excess of a long barrel an option or no-go? Mainly 'cause mine is a soc16; not something you're likely to find those specific tightbores for [editline]28th January 2011[/editline] Ok... I bought the guarder 6.02 and Prometheus soft bucking offa ehobby and SCS off of No Limit Airsoft ... my gun will be way more accurate if I install those parts correctly yes?
Of course. You're going to see a huge improvement.
I was thinking about getting a larger 6.01-02 barrel for my sr5, a phony supressor to cover the added length, and upgrade my spring. If I did that would I be able to play field?

ive heard you can snipe with a walmart springer does not mean its gonna be any good
We have a kid here who plays at our field who claims he can snipe with his spring shotty. He gets hit a lot.
Uh, I don't keep up with this thread in particular, and I'm sure you guys have heard about it, but I'm getting this within the next 24 hours. ECHO 1 M28 Sniper Rifle http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=7404 530 FPS
FPS isn't everything.
it helps a lot for "sniping" because there's less travel time.
Yeah, I was always very critical of "sniping" airsoft weapons, but I saw this and just have to have it.
Doesn't give the satisfaction of upgrading it yourself and knowing that you got your gun to that point but god damn that is a cheap high fps gun.
If there were fields around me that would allow it I might think about it. Load some .30g bbs and snipe away.
I heard .4g bbs are the best, but I would only use this at a distance anyways. Some people will do what we call "vulturing" and just walk a few feet out of your gun's range. Normally about 50-75 yards away and they're safe.
I'm going to the airsoft GI walk in store this after noon.:smug: I am going to purchase a Cyma M14.
What company makes the best SIG?
King Arms makes a pretty nice SIG.
King Arms makes a pretty nice SIG.
Okay thanks. Would you recommend that or a KWA M4?
KWA all the way. [editline]29th January 2011[/editline] I get to see a KWA M4A1 tomorrow or maybe tonight, it's my brother's, and i'll let you all know about it.
