would you also like metal if it made your gun weigh more and you walked around all day with it in your hands
Yes, if that means not sacrificing the realistic feeling. I mean, it'd be nice to not have to lug it around but I would just deal with it and move on.
my M14 today was killing my wrist, it's made of metal and plastic.
If it wasn't for you guys, I wouldn't have found out that there were electric blow back guns, so thank you.
From what I heard, the EBBs aren't good. I know some people who buy them then disconnect the blowback system. It just saps energy from the battery and is just another thing to go wrong and for what? You get no recoil whatsoever.

OK, so if I didn't get an EBB, what would be the next best thing for electric rifles?
I guess some people just like how the gun jerks a bit.
I'm not, I just don't want to waste my money on a shitty plastic gun.
Because it's plastic doesn't mean it's shit. If you truly looked at the G&G Combat Machine, you'd notice it's as strong, if not stronger than metal. You can drop it from nine feet, and not have a scratch on it, you'd notice it has an anti-reversal latch feature, than decompresses the spring instead of you having to fire the weapon to decompress it. It's a great gun, and for you to criticize it for being plastic means you won't truly enjoy airsoft, because you'll never be satisfied with what you have. Learn to be more open to different types of weapons. If it's a Double Eagle, then yeah it's shit, but it also costs $20 and is made in some shitty Chinese factory, where they don't care about quality. Some companies do care what their consumers think. Give it a chance. On my gun, the blowback is loud and it's satisfying. Just because it doesn't throw my arm out of shape, does not mean it's not worth it.
Yeah, I should really try the gun and see for myself how durable it is before I talk down on it. The durability sounds nice, but it's just not the most attractive gun to me.

This is the normal Combat Machine: Now, this is my Combat Machine: You always have options in airsoft, and everything is customizable. It may not look the greatest when you first get it, but think of it as a blank slate. Make it your own.
but it's just not the most attractive gun to me.
Well what gun do you want? A G36, a AK..?
I guess some people just like how the gun jerks a bit.
I once fired an EBB. It doesn't jerk. At all. It only vibrates a bit more than regular AEGs.
Well what gun do you want? A G36, a AK..?
M4s with rails are fine, I just don't like the cylinder handguards.
I held this today, I loved it.
It almost has the perfect weight too, doesn't it?
Very balanced. Unlike my M14, which is a bit front heavy. Scav's M14 felt nice too.
That's weird, my M14 feels back-heavy instead. Which brand is yours?
Cyma
Combat Machines are insanely light. Makes it weird to use anything else after awhile.
My M14 is more front heavy as well I'd say. Pretty heavy gun too.
Very balanced. Unlike my M14, which is a bit front heavy. Scav's M14 felt nice too.
Scav's G&G L85 was insanely back heavy though.
I never got to see that one? Did he have it with him?
I never got to see that one? Did he have it with him?
He did. It was in the back of his trunk since it broke in the first NvS match. Lasted half an hour.
Damn, I never got to see it. Just the G18C and the M14. He got the G18c to work too. I dunno if you were still there for that.
TAR 21's are back heavy too bit overall they're not unbalanced either. Especially with that foregrip everyone hates. :saddowns:
ur 4grip looks stoopid
Damn, I never got to see it. Just the G18C and the M14. He got the G18c to work too. Yeah I think I'll go with this: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=280_351&products_id=6235 I like the rail and the iron sites, and I would get an Combat Machine, but I have no skill whatsoever with taking the Airsoft gun apart and modding it. Does anyone suggest BBs and some attachments for it, like scopes, grips, etc.?
Wop your wad on the counter?
Yes, if that means not sacrificing the realistic feeling. My friend's Echo 1 SR-16, which is completely plastic except for the gearbox, weighs more than my full metal M16 after he put on a carrying handle, red dot and vertical grip and has a full mag and a battery plugged in. I've held a real C7A1 with an M203 and an Elcan scope and I would say that my friend's SR-16 was only slightly lighter than it.
