Got some pics of the MICH 2001 with the Sordin headset. Damn this is a royal pain in the ass to put on, you can't simply toss on the headset then the helmet. You have to run the headset through the straps, then put both on at the same time while trying to prevent the headset from folding up.

I am liking the rail mount ability of this helmet though. I can equip a tac light, laser or whatever else I want to the helmet (M203?). I'll need to order or make more rail sections, as you're only given one. I'm thinking about maybe tossing the PEQ15 on here, it's a little more compact.
Currently my tac light is attached with the pressure switch installed.

Put a wadding behind the candy, IE, something to make a tight fit in the barrel.
Should actually get some decent range that way.

They will all pretty much function. Its a matter of how nice you want it to look and how sturdy it is really.

I was thinking about snaping up the black version some time in the future from them but Ebaybanned have a rather "dodgy" reputation here in the UK and I can't find that helmet anywere else :(

Yeah, the helmet was sitting about 30 degrees downward on my right side when I put it on.
I swear I buy you a drink if you scored some kills with that at your next game. :ninja:
So, went to the Army Navy store only expecting to buy a new Patrol Cap in ACU.
Cap was $7 and then I bought some knee pads and a camel pack. Camel pack cost me the most, I'm getting my chest-rig which doesn't have Molle so I needed a hydration back-pack. They had this one, it was a real camel pack and brand new so it cost me a lot.
I'm broke now. Also Kastway called, a unit in the Army bought out all the chest-rigs I wanted in ACU, so I have to wait three days for more. That's fine though.

Just repeating everything he told me. He called me up to inform me that the changes to the order I wanted went through and everything was ready except the chest rig. He had some left, but all the ACU ones were bought up by a Unit in the Army so he had to order another batch from his supplier for me.
