I love those shotguns. Got the DE M1014 myself, but they're all more or less the same. Just be sure to pick up extra shells for it.

I'm headed down to LA myself for the weekend. Going to stop by ASGI's boneyard sale and see if I can't find a P90 gearbox for my Battle Rifle project or other useful parts my teammates might want.

We've been over this exact situation already. My Father is funding it. My Father is helpless. As long as I can buy it without him having to lift a finger, I'm golden.

I don't think I'd ever pay that much out of pocket myself, I'd have a stroke. This was a gift offered by my Father so I was very excited to live the dream few have dared to consider.

I have a checking account, credit card and a job. I just don't make enough money to buy 300+ guns when I want. Gas costs half my current paycheck as it is.

Shit sucks man. I guess I take for granted having a fuel efficient car and a short drive to work. Also having worked full time for 6 years during the summer helps a lot.

Summer social life? No.

Vast arsenal of weapons and gadgets? Yes.

Oh I know how big it is lol and the only bad things I've heard about it are the terribad safety and battery + battery compartment. Though I am incredibly indecisive so if you know of something that would work for a $200> budget, by all means, tell me.

Plus the field nearest me is woodland so I think it will work nicely.

An M14 is a great woodland gun, but I thought I remembered you saying you wanted something small. And M14 is not small at all, they're cumbersome as hell, even for me (Who is somewhat used to cumbersome weapons).

In all honesty, unless you desperately need a gun now, save your money for a good G&G sportline and some decent kit. It will be well worth the wait when you know you have gear that wont crap out on you.

Is the CYMA m14 really that bad? Most of the reviews I watched said it was a wonderful gun for its price.

Just got back from ASGI's boneyard sale since I'm down in LA for vacation. Bought a JG AUG A3, a spare OD AUG body, and 3 probably leaking WE 1911 mags to seal up. Was going to buy some mags for the AUG in the store but it was too crowded with a bunch of people just looking and trying out guns. You actually sign on a piece of paper and they call you up for when they can help you out. Being 8th on the list didn't help, so I just left. I'll buy some AUG mags from AEX when I get back home.

I just bought a German Gasmask off of Ebay for 99 cents. Good deal.

Additionally, I bought the patch set for the Allied States of America from Jericho. Subduded and full color.

Lastly I made another order for nametape. I ordered a A.S. Army patch, along with the 10th Mountain Division Patch and Tap, added a OD helmet cover with my name on it.

Today is a good day.

Just bought a M203 RIS and a TM AUG Hicap. Tested out the new AUG after a body swap and it feeds and shoots fine, I really lucked out on this gun. Looks insane with the M203 attached. I wanted to get the shorter M203 but AEX was sold out, so I settled for the longer version. The long version looks beautiful on my CA M4, the upper rail of the 203 is just as long as my 11" Larue RAS making for a nice flush look.

I'll try to have pics of both up in the next day or so.
