I love the crossdraw holster but the only problem is I am a lefty shooter so I'd have to draw with my right and switch to my left which isn't a big deal.
If you don't like looking good and want to have difficulty holding and accessing things, get a crossdraw.

Crossdraws are the mark of the noob unfortunately. Get a SERPA or drop leg holster and a full vest instead.
Also, make sure you actually have enough crap to carry to justify a vest. If you have one Hicap and a few pistol mags, a vest is impractical. Less is more when it comes to gear, dont bother hindering you mobility with a vest if you dont have enough stuff to fill it.
Edit:
Also, avoid black gear, it camouflages in with nothing and doesnt really look good unless you are doing a police impression. Get a tan or an OD vest, depending on your locale.
