I know I want a Russian loadout but I'm not sure what I want yet. I originally was going with a modern look but now I'm thinking maybe something older, any ideas?
1st Chechen War or Afghan War. Or you could get a set of TTsKO and make a Ukrainian loadout.
TTsKO does look pretty cool.

As far as I know, military MOPP comes in Desert and Woodland camo currently. I don't think the military wants to invest in say a ACU or Multicam MOPP when you'd just throw it out after thirty days. Then again, blending in isn't your main concern in a NBC environment, not to mention if you're in a environment like that and get hit you're fucked anyway, but then again, so is the enemy.

I fail to see how using a gas mask is recreational at any time. I mean you plan on gassing yourself in your free time? I just don't get the obsession with gas masks.
Why two? And I collect them as a side-hobby when I have cash to blow and find good deals. I also have a Gasmask bag and a M17 for my Jericho loadout. Seems fitting.

I'll assume when he says "just for recreational use" he means "just for shits and giggles." Gas masks are fun. It's not like you'll be walking in the park with it on, it's just cool to have and sometimes when you have nothing else you can complete a loadout with it (never have myself, they only really work with helmets and hoods)
And at only $15, it isn't bad at all. Mine was $40, and I don't regret it.
I don't see them as fun, just something hard to breath in. I already hate paintball masks enough as is, gas masks would only be worse.
At the very least, gas masks are great to complete specific loadouts, like SAS or a random STALKER suit or (God forbid someone actually do this) playing in full-on MOPP.
I'd play in full MOPP if someone paid me.
And I usually put on my mask when I'm in the FP Gear Whore chat. The fucker's huge.
That module looks huge.
It's about the same size as any light/laser combo, so not that big.
Well, I'm sure you know more about it than I do. What are you mounting it onto?
At anyrate, it's nice to see a LAM/LLM that isn't a PEQ.

Was going to stick it on my Glock but I'll need a little frame work, that's no big deal though. If I ever get round to getting an L85 I'll put it on that though, as that's what the British army use.

Sort of this. Though Kroenen from Hellboy was baddass.

My friend and for me.

Well, I, without any doubt, worded it wrong. My friends and I are going to create a zombie 'movie' and we needed two gas masks for it.

Ooh, post pics once you get it mounted on. I'm curious what that looks like on a Glock.
Got a Danmu GP-30 for 50 bucks (Rusty crusty Yum!). Mounts are a litle fucked but I can fix it easy.
Highly tempted just to pick up a WE M14 at AEX tomorrow once I sell my CA MP5A4.

Dooo iitt..
It's either that or a WE M4, both of which none of the local retailers have extra mags for at the moment.
I'd get the M14, but that might just be me.
The M14 looks like it has a better hop-up out of the box, and when you turn it it clicks into place. My friend has the WE M4 and he says buying an after market hop-up unit is one of those things you need to get, along with the NPAS so the price just goes up.
Hm, well I haven't much first-hand experience with any WE's, since we don't get them here in Canada (unless buying from other airsofters.), but it sounds like the M14 is the better purchase?
I dunno, isn't WE making an M14EBR now? I remember seeing a prototype of it on their YT channel. I personally don't like the EBR's, but it might be neat to see an airsoft model of one.
I want the WE SCAR. I'd upgrade it from Blowback Armory though.
My friend has one and is obssessed with it. I'm not crazy about GBBs myself though.
I'd love a GBBR AK sometime, the GHK one is OK from what I heard.

EBR is in the works, but I wouldn't buy it. The original M14 is heavy enough, tossing all that metal on makes the poor DMR weigh as much as a M249.
EBR's are really ugly and destroy the beauty of a wood stock-ed M14.
