Why not get the Serpa holster that actually locks your pistol in place? The one you have simply slides in, no retention or anything. This is what I use. http://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/blackhawk-cqc-serpa-holster-retention-model-410506bk-r-273-p.asp
shit I posted wrong link, the one you posted is the one I am planning for
Should I get a KWA SR10 or a CA SCAR-L (if I can locate one, they are rare)? I know this should go in the questions thread, however no one there answers me, and this is still relevant to my next airsoft purchase. I'm looking for good performance and reliability out of the box, as well as an aesthetically pleasing AEG. I like the looks of the SCAR a lot, but I know the KWA probably has better internals.
Shit I got a CA SCAR up for sale for only $150. If you don't mind trying to fix the feeding problem it's a great gun. http://www.bayareaairsoft.org/forum/index.php/topic,9891.0.html

I believe the problem is the nozzle of the gearbox is somehow sitting lower than it should be, thus not creating a full seal in the hop-up chamber when it's pushed forward, or if it's even pushed forward at all.
That sounds like it'd need some serious work

http://www.bayareaairsoft.org/forum/index.php/topic,9891.0.html
I would, but I'm not very adept when it comes to working on AEGs. However, my question still remains.
Both guns work great, though KWA's black finish on their M4's turn me off, way too shiny in my opinion. I know a lot of people that swear by their KWAs. The CA SCAR worked great for me too, the only part it really needed was a new oring for the piston when I first got it. It was my primary AEG for a few years. Built like a tank and can take some serious abuse.

Personally though, I like the M4 myself. SCAR is just a SCAR, you can't really change it up after you buy it. An M4 can be changed so much it feels like a different gun every time.

Also, the presence of more upgrade parts than there are people on Earth somewhat helps the comparison.
I need a radio and a headset. Thunder B grenades. Facepunch patches. That's all for now.
I need a lot of stuff. Some of it should be coming soon. I hope.
:buddy: I'm broke so i'm using an Xbox Live headset
Give me one reason why I shouldn't. http://www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=609&products_id=5157 also this, the poor man's FPG http://www.airsoftextreme.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=407_422&products_id=4950

For the Hera Arms clone kit: ITS A FUCKING RETARDED LOOKING BOX WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING.
I like the Hera Carbine. I may get one after Christmas for my Glock, I plan to get a new sidearm. Probably an M9 (Call me shallow)

Yeah it's ugly, but it's a fucking VP-70.
I prefer the Hera over the FPG. Take my word, I've used both. The Hera is way more practical. Or go with the 1911 carbine kit. My friend is building one up as his CQB primary.
Plus, y'know, the Hera doesn't cost more than the gun itself. [editline]15th November 2010[/editline] An FPG would be nice just to have though.
It's fun to have a FPG, but the stupid plastic mag catch starts wearing down then you start dropping your $50 hicap mags. Then this leads to busted mag plates, which only Magpul low profile plates will work with the hicaps in the FPG, so it forces you to buy more. It became a money pit to maintain.
Yeah it's ugly, but it's a fucking VP-70.
Which is made by UHC and pretty much sucks.

:smith: Shit, it's made by UHC? Screw that then.
Well seems like my luck with Evike hit a bump today. Out of 3 items, 2 of them were back ordered. - 2x KP45 NS2 mags - KA USP Rail So the only thing I'm getting right now is the M6 light, which I can use on my P226 for now. Still, I'm a little pissed considering I could have had them for this weekends game if they were in stock.
Jesus, how many guns do you have? [editline]16th November 2010[/editline] I mean I thought my friend Rob had a huge arsenal, but compared to you it's nothing.
8 AEGs (not all working mind you) 2 AEPs (TM MP7's) 2 GBBR's 1 GBB MP7 3 GBB Pistols 2 NBB Pistols (Revolver, MK.23) 1 M203 I think that's an accurate count, but I might be forgetting some. I inherited about 5 guns when my dad quit.
Anyone want to show me a all around decent and affordable radio platform? I always hear about a Talk-About but I don't know if that's a brand or a single radio or what.

Ehobbyasia has some cool radios if you want to check them out.
