True, but there are general aesthetic principles. Either way, there's a gulf between "individual idea of what looks good" and "what is stylish/fashionable".

The Breton top with long sleeves doesn't really work... long sleeved breton tops tend to look like women's clothing and don't really suit the male frame, especially with stripes that bold. A more [URL="http://store.americanapparel.co.uk/rsa0412.html?c=Red Natural Stripe"]subtle[/URL] stripe could look good, but it's still hard to pull off.
The snood is too large for this outfit. Here's of an example of a large snood that works:

it drapes well, is placed over layers and also contrasts visually with the light colours of the outfit, unlike the black snood that is too similar to the black stripes.
The belt is tacky, the holes looking out of place.
The chinos/jeans on their own are an ok colour but they're clearly way too loose on you. They could look good with a variety of clothes, though, just buy them in a smaller size.
The pop socks don't match anything in the outfit... this can work as a statement piece if you were wearing just muted neutrals or alternatively bright colours but the direct line of sight between them and the aubergine chinos looks bad.

Thanks for a honest reply with some actual information, for a change.
To be honest I wasn't planning on taking any fashion pictures I just picked up my phone and took a picture of myself since I hadn't done so in a while. Yeah - the socks are out of place. They don't fit with any colors. Reason? I don't care if they dont - another reason, They were socks I had on yesterday and I put on different pants! All my clothes are girl clothes fyi. And that scarf is really tight and hot and I only use it when I go out for a quick smoke - and I just happened to have it on when I took the picture. I got the scarf from my friend and it still smells really good so I like wearing it for that reason.
And I know that belt isn't too good. I don't go outside looking like this what I have on in the picture. I don't stress too much on what clothes I wear because I just think that combining anything looks awesome and creates its own thing.
