My dad just admitted to me 2 days ago he's known for 2 years thanks to my brothers big mouth. Means my whole family knows... No one wants to admit they knew cuz they think it'll hurt my feelings. But they're all cool with it. My sister keeps trying to get me to go with her gay Friends to the club.

I'm pretty sure my brother knows and if I officially came out he would support me. My dad on the other hand would kick me out of the house. Probably through a window. I'm hoping I can make enough with my security job that I can move out.

Typically if you're talking to me in real life you'll find out within five to ten minutes if you haven't already picked up on it. It's a pragmatic matter mostly - I find out if people are worth my time quickly this way, and we get to carry on without any false assumptions or pretenses about it, which is especially helpful with women. I don't make a big dea out of it, I just put it with the basic information you should know about me.
