When I'm sad, I generally don't cry. I lie down on the floor and listen to pink floyd for hours at a time. In other words I'm comatose.
I avoid crying. When I feel down I just do my best to hide it.
Probably not that healthy but whatever.
We all do it. It's not unhealthy. But eyes naturally have to cry once a month or so I heard, even if you're not upset you'll just start crying if you go too long without it.
