Today at about 8AM I learned it was called Connor.

We had a stall on our campus to get people to fill in the consultation for equal marriage (the Home Office was asking British people their opinions about equal marriage). Everyone we spoke to were pretty enthusiastic.
One person said that he disagreed with equal marriage and all his friends freaked out. They were like "Lol funny joke" and he was like "I'm not joking" and they were like "Seriously wtf? What's wrong with you? My brother's gay, why doesn't he deserve equal marriage? I don't think we can be friends any more!"

I'm so lucky to have supportive parents, I have not told them I'm gay yet (going to very soon) but I read stories of terrible out comes from their children coming out. It shocked me. And that's nice datwut :)
