I'm starting to go to a gun club in England and I absolutely love it! I'm going through a 6 month probational period before I can become a member of the club, then I will apply for my FAC (Firearm's Certificate [Basically, allows you to have a firearm in a domicile that you own]) and purchase a .22 rifle. It's a long period but I'm sure it'll be worth it!

When I was a cadet I went clay pigeon shooting and bruised my shoulder from the shotgun's kickback, but it is incredibly satisfying.

I've shot rifles and pistols when I went to the middle east and it's quite incredible! It's expensive (though I'm sure they were trying to make a profit out of it) but it is nice to do.
EDIT:
holy fuck they sell revolvers at guntraders! I doubt I'll be able to get one since you need to declare why you are purchasing that gun and getting any kind of pistol is near impossible but that's amazing!

I'm glad I don't mind pills because if I did I would have a large problem.
I don't mind the taking of pills but it's more the harm they do to your body that bothers me, which is why I pretty much never take medications. I just tough it out :v:

i literally just went out and bought a mosin nagant one day, such is life in Arizona. i dont even have a safe, i just lean it up against the wall next to all my ammo.

If I wanted to buy a mosin nagant: here is the process:
-You go to the gun club
-You go under six months probation where you have to go there to shoot several times
-The gun club decides if they like you and either welcome you to the club or tell you to fuck off.
-Once you're a member, you have to sign and go through a fuck ton of forums to get your FAC
-Government/Police would then go through all your medical/criminal records to see if you're suitable to own a weapon
-Once you get your FAC, you have to have an officer check your domicile to see whether it's safe for you to have a gun, you must then get a safe which would hold fire arms and have it bolted to a concrete wall
-When everything is okay and you're green lighted, you can go to your local arms dealer and purchase a weapon, but you have to have a valid reason for purchasing that weapon (my reason will always be target practice, since I do not need a weapon for humane dispatch. Self Defence will get your FAC revoked and most possibly a ban: Self Defence is only a good reason in Northern Ireland.
-Now you can own firearms but only use them at a firing range.
I might have made mistakes/missed stuff out but that's the jist of owning firearms in The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
