Speaking of guns and ammunition; I found some chain linked .50BMG rounds in a paper bag in my basement. They're live and one of them is incendiary.
I dunno what to do with them, lol. I have so much collectible ammo.

-You go under six months probation where you have to go there to shoot several times
-The gun club decides if they like you and either welcome you to the club or tell you to fuck off.

-Government/Police would then go through all your medical/criminal records to see if you're suitable to own a weapon
-Once you get your FAC, you have to have an officer check your domicile to see whether it's safe for you to have a gun, you must then get a safe which would hold fire arms and have it bolted to a concrete wall
-When everything is okay and you're green lighted, you can go to your local arms dealer and purchase a weapon, but you have to have a valid reason for purchasing that weapon (my reason will always be target practice, since I do not need a weapon for humane dispatch. Self Defence will get your FAC revoked and most possibly a ban: Self Defence is only a good reason in Northern Ireland.
-Now you can own firearms but only use them at a firing range.

Save up for a Armalite .50BMG rifle, about 2,000-ish, totally worth it.
The only thing possibly illegal about that is the incendiary round, but you're in glorious murrica so I doubt it matters
I'm planning on saving up for a cheap ass CO2 rifle so I can shoot at things with it.

I have a bat by my bed for that reason, because then I can claim that my defence wasn't pre-meditated. There have been cases where people have shot intruders and said that they "feared for their life" and "were threatened with death" so that could be a justifiable reason.
It's only a problem when you kill them if it's pre meditated, I could shoot someone in the bed or crack their skull open: killing them with a bat if I didn't think "right, I gotta do this, this..."
It's silly, but in our current government as a whole: You can defend your own home if under threat.

I'm unsure what to think of them, personally, since there's no physical connection... But it seems that they can truly last from what I've seen from Chickens! and two other couples I know of. I guess all it really is, is a long-distance relationship fundamentally. If people are happy in it, I say go for it! I just know that for me, I need someone to be next to at all times. I'm way too dependent.
