No one is trying to encourage anyone to have sex with anyone they don't want to with. What we're saying, though, is that it is a little shallow to say "Well, if they have a small dick, long term relationship ain't happenin'." Because that makes it sound like a person could have the greatest personality in the world, be the cutest person ever, but he wouldn't be with them if they had a small dick. Perhaps that's not what he meant, but it's what he said.

The guy I've been thinking about lately is gonna be going to the same college as I am. Only problem is, he can't live with me on campus 'cause he fucked up and lost his scholarship.
I would love to live with him, but I'm too stupid to get into the college he's going to. There is a chance though for next year.

Then today, he pretty much said something that might mean that I'll never hear from him again. We really love each other and I don't think he would let that happen, just disappearing without saying we're over. I think I'll wait the 11 days until my friend's back from his trip. If I don't hear from him by then, I guess we'll be done.
