I've always known that it's a dick piercing but not where. I just looked it up and from what I can tell it would be pretty good for sex but a pain in the ass to piss from.
I have no idea as I've never had one or done anything with someone that had one. But we (my friends and I) were all hanging out one night and the dude with the Prince Albert was introduced to us by another friend.
