Don't worry, everything's broken into regions. Just stay away from ones like that. There's nice furry areas, and there's extremely bad ones. You just more or less need to know where to look. It's not bad if you know what you're doing.

They are. Check out [url]http://marketplace.secondlife.com/[/url] and you can search for free stuff. Or you can wander around and look for "freebies". Really to get anything decent though, you'll have to cough up a couple bucks. =/
