Borrow a normal one and see how it's hinged? The spring release mechanism doesn't appear to be too complicated.
I'll see what i can come up with, its all about finding the right size tubes though...

If you do, post progress, it'll be interesting to see you make it :v:
Moffat probably asked him to do it, so that if they're having a traveling back through time bit, where the effect is that the whole image is reversed, they play the music backwards as well.

Didn't Moffat write just one or so episodes per season back then?
Who crapped on the thread's title :suicide:
Why was I rated dumb? The title's changed and I don't know why it has..
Why was I rated dumb? The title's changed and I don't know why it has..
VNL changed it and for good reason
Yeah, I'd rather a title talking about killing the Fuhrer than one talking about magnificent quantities of lactic fluid.
Steven Moffat has said he has no plans of leaving Doctor Who any time soon and when he does he wants to see the show in good hands and well looked after. Apparently one of the writers of The Adventures of Tin Tin has described his working as astonishing... I think we all agree with that!

Fair enough :v:
Just I came back to the thread reading through the posts with no mention of a title changing. Was expecting it to be a troll considering the length of it, but yeah better title.
Now you're just being ridiculous.
Insert canned laughter, cast your votes, lines are open, lines are closed, the Doctor is now Cthulhu in a tuxedo!
I should stop watching stuff by David Firth.

10 things you need to know about Night Terrors
[sp]1. "Please save me from the monsters."
2. Rory makes an EastEnders reference.
3. "Planets and history and stuff - that's what we do!"
4. One for the hard-core fans - there's a direct mention of 1970s Doctor Who stage play 'Seven Keys to Doomsday'.
5. "Three old ladies, a traffic warden from Croatia and a man with ten cats."
6. The episode contains a big twist that we didn't see coming.
7. "Why aren't there any lights? I miss lights."
8. The Doctor is still a fan of those Jammie Dodgers.
9. "Look - wooden chicken!"
10. Three words - Giant. Pink. Scissors [/sp]
Sounds insane.
Also, 1 hour 'till Torchwood. Hope Mum makes the grub when she gets back.
Could've done without reading number six...
Okay I know this is a really late question to ask but in The Lazarus Experiment, who was the man at the end of the episode who told Martha's mum who the Doctor actually was?
EDIT: It was an agent of Harold Saxon so question answered.

[sp]Eurgh, do we really need ANOTHER big twist!?[/sp]

Lots of info is generally at www.doctorwhotv.co.uk - it adds new stuff every day. Also at www.doctorwhospoilers.com, but I would avoid looking at this one much - it gets very spoilery and doesn't spoiler tag - I ruined River's identity for myself back in the first quarter of the year, as it gets posted a lot with information of overheard lines and scenes from filming - and yeah, they'd been private with River's reveal in GMGTW, but they hadn't been so private with River openly calling Amy "mother" in a later episode... dammit.
No neither of those Jess but I will check them out.
Oh by the way I doubt anyone would be interested but a bunch of friends and I are currently writing a Doctor Who spin off... We start filming around Nov-Dec so I'll keep you update if anyones interested.

It will probably be cringe worthy
You guys have fun, but opinion wise I am definitely not a fan of fan-made Doctor Who spin-offs. Good luck anyway though.
It will probably be cringe worthy
Cringe worthy most probably... I spoke to my "director" and he is insistent to have the female companion to be in a bikini for the first episode and the strange thing is there are a few people that are interested even though these are the circumstances!
Another twist? this episode? too many twists.
