I mean, the Doctor still has to meet (And marry) Queen Elizabeth the First...
He already did that.
Yeah, it was the disease that killed anything with two hearts.
Not entirely sure if the illness from The Girl Who Waited would outright kill him, but it is certainly a theme developing. If anything, the Doctor is simply terrified of either regeneration or death - perhaps they're constantly throwing in these threats, and the inhuman way he's acted in recent weeks is to kind of condition the audience into being "ready" for his oblivion.
I swear to god if they kill the Doctor (As in, he dies, everyone else dies, Doctor Who won't be on tele anymore), I will fucking kill Steve Moffat. I mean, the Doctor still has to meet (And marry) Queen Elizabeth the First...
Hasn't Moffat confirmed another series?
matt smith is signed on until 2015; he has plot armour
that kind of spoils the finale then doesn't it.
that kind of spoils the finale then doesn't it.
Not necessarily. [sp]I mean, as it was mentioned before, the next episode is 200 years after the God Complex in the Doctor's lifetime. Could mean that he dies now, and then the next few series show his adventures in the years between the God Complex and the next episode. So whilst he'd still be in the series, the Doctor would be dead.[/sp]

Using the technology of the future to create all eleven actors as flawless CGI models?[/sp] I'm up for that, actually.
I get what you mean but it just wouldn't feel right. I could understand one episode like that but not multiple series.
I really don't like the idea either, to be honest. It's just the only way I can see it working :v:
Holy shit David Walliams, didn't expect that.
Now that is completely ridiculous. ... It's "buzz lightyear to the rescue", jeez.
I'm glad you knew what that was meant to be. I wasn't sure if it would work.
I'm glad you knew what that was meant to be. I wasn't sure if it would work.
I'm like, a Buzz Lightyear expert :v:
I'm like, a Buzz Lightyear expert :v:
You are a sad, strange little man, and you have my pity.
You are a sad, strange little man, and you have my pity.
-There was a sentence here where I was mean because I kind of missed the Toy Story reference- On topic, one thing I've noticed is that Stephen's decided to put a bunch of get-out clauses throughout the series which either hints that the Doctor won't die, or are simply red herrings that will make the audience think that the Doctor can cheat death, only for him to die in the end. The biggest one being the Flesh Doctor, but the other one that I just thought of was the way that they've established that you can change the course of history with no serious repercussions - as seen in "The Girl who Waited". So the question is, is one of them a way that will mean the Doctor is able to cheat death? Or are they simply Moffat's way of making the audience think everything will be okay, when in reality the Doctor is about to die forever in the last episode? In my opinion he's not gonna die, but whatever.
Gee, thanks. Also, lrn 2 spot when someone's not being serious.
That was another Toy Story reference. It was when they were stuck at the gas station just before going to Pizza Planet in the first one.
...Fuck :v: [editline]17th September 2011[/editline] Sorry jaykray :suicide:
...Fuck :v: [editline]17th September 2011[/editline] Sorry jaykray :suicide:
Haha, no worries
Wait, hold the fucking phone. The Doctor ages normally in regenerations, how the hell does 11 stay that young?! The reason 1 had to regenerate was because of old age!
He didn't regenerate the first time until he was like 400 years old.

So now the TARDIS is a duck, as well as River Song? :v:
Rose is my least favourite companion, she so stupid and causes more bad than good, also people says shes attractive but I don't see it, she looks kind of rough to me.
i was dissappointed we didn't get to see the doctors [sp] faith/fear [/sp] inside the room but the sound noise from the room was a nice nod as to what it was, if its what i'm thinking was in the room. also a decent episode i would say i was looking forward to next week's episode but i fucking hate james cordon so im not :(
