So last week was the Steel City Comic-Con. I went as the Fourth Doctor as usual and my flatmate who recently got into the show went as the Eleventh. We found these guys standing in front of Henry Winkler's table and we took a good amount of pictures. It was their camera though and they never posted them yet, oh well. My girlfriend who went with us kept running off, I didn't know why until She gave me this.

It was supposed to be for Christmas but I got it early. Now I've got it up with the rest of my Doctor Who stuff. Is that what your house looks like? Jesus Christ my house looks like a shithole compared.
This isn't even a house, it's my "apartment". It used to be a parking garage, and before that, a factory. At least it's better than most dorm rooms I've seen.
That's a real good photo of his hat and scarf. I've been trying to find references of those for a TF2 item set I'm attempting to make, so that photo is really useful to me.
If you want good references for the 4th doctor scarf this site has a bunch plus knitting patterns.

Yeah, I've redone it about 5 times now, I'm still new to using Blender so I keep finding niggles I don't like and starting over again. [editline]11th December 2011[/editline] FUCK, stuff it up again, make that 6.
Sent this to my mom who knits and knows nothing about Doctor Who. Christmas present, here I come! :v:
I sent that to my grandma so she could knit it for the cold weather, but she sent that to some lady in Canada. The colors are a bit off but I still love it, and so does everyone else.

"Two classic episodes of Doctor Who - thought to be missing forever - have been returned to the BBC archive. Episode 3 of the William Hartnell adventure "Galaxy 4" and Episode 2 of Patrick Troughton's "The Underwater Menace" were purchased by film collector Terry Burnett at a village fete near Southampton in the early 80s. He had been unaware that the canisters contained material missing from the BBC. I'm looking for a functioning Tardis, any kind will do.
I'm looking for a functioning TARDIS, any kind will do.
Fix'd
Shoot, sorry.
I'm looking for a functioning Tardis, any kind will do.
Then you better find yourself some TARDIS coral and start growing one.
TARDIS don't grow on trees. Only coral.
It'd take centuries to grow unless you did whatever Donna suggested.
Use the TARDIS?
There was a Doctor Who Reference in The Simpsons yesterday. Apparently 30 years in the future Dalek chairs will be a common mode of Transportation on the sidewalks on London.
Use the TARDIS?
Apparently in a deleted scene of Journey's End, the Doctor gave Rose and the Meta-Crisis Doctor a piece of TARDIS coral, and the Doctor-Donna said something about how to increase the growth-rate by a factor of 59, which I have no idea about how that's done.
I just love how this was my first serious Science Fiction show. I'm really glad my friend got me interested, and then I moved to Torchwood when I finished with all 5 seasons Netflix had to offer.
Finally started watching the new series after waiting so long. About to finish season 2, I really do like David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, though, I kinda miss the Ninth, I don't know why, Christopher Eccleston's version was really, I don't know, quirky and serious at the same time. I have seen the odd later episode with the Tenth, where that feeling is there, but his first few outings are a little, let's just say really silly. Though I love the episodes featuring the [sp]Beast, the fact that they killed the DEVIL was pretty cool.[/sp]

Yeah, the fact that it was placed there purposely as a prison.
Yeah, the fact that it was placed there purposely as a prison.
I liked it, twas a good episode in my eye.
One of the better Tennant episodes. As much as I think Seasons 3 and 4 are the best ones, 9 is still my favorite Doctor.
I am rapidly posting in here, but the fact that part of that planet was in a black hole is even cooler.
Well, technically it was in orbit AROUND it, but the thought of being on an object in orbit around a black hole is pretty cool, as well as pretty terrifying. I mean, take a look at the Collector Base; that was very close to the Galactic Core, which is technically the biggest black hole in the ENTIRE DAMN GALAXY.
I think that it worked really well, that it was the closes point you could ever come to instant destruction on a wide scale, just on the tip of oblivion. Perfect prison for the (alleged) root of all evil. Though, then again, if I recall, some of the older forms of the Doctor defeated great old ones.
There was a trailer on BBC1 at 8pm last night, anyone catch it?
