I just saw Torchwood, thought it was pretty awesome.
Hello... Welp, I'm off to Edinburgh... Goodbye!
No you don't.
Captain Jack is trending on Twitter, has been since last night. He's awesome apparently.
Eve Myles was for a little while as well. Both are gone now though
So was Gwen Cooper and Torchwood I think
Torchwood was not trending for some reason, even though #torchwood was unreadable due to the amount of people spamming. I guess Twitter blocked it for some reason.

All mention of the word got wiped, remember? :v:

Mr Agree jumped up a few. And so did you. Maybe it just takes time to refresh or something :(
[editline]14th July 2011[/editline]
I was the top poster for several threads mate. I had no social life. It's summer, I hate being seen in full light and I hate summer clothing so expect my arse back on here teaching you all a thing about Doctor Fucking Who.
Summer just isn't what it used to be, considering I hate the rainy days :( I only prefer to be out on the occasional sunny days but I guess you just live with the weather when you get to winter, cos' that's pretty much what living in Britain is like :V
I expect to be thread post leader making this thread.
EDIT: Damn, i'm not any more. Damn you Jess!

Ubuntu.
I was rewatching the series with my friend and we got to david regenerating..
god damnit why does it hurt so much EVERY DAMN TIME
why does it hurt so much EVERY DAMN TIME
Because he doesn't want to go.
I can only imagine that 11 will be worse, if we get to that.
I can only imagine that 11 will be worse, if we get to that.
I'd imagine Moffat would take the strong criticisms of 10-11 to heart, especially since it's nearing the Doctor's final regenerations.
Good, now he doesn't want to continue since he thinks the tennant finale had all his problems solved, and he has read some 11th doctor spoilers and thinks he adds nothing new, there's nothing to fix or improve anymore, and he doesen't want to continue.
great, now i feel even worse, fuck.
I guess I'll keep watching then, alone.
fuck
Ubuntu.
Yeah it was before, and I loved it. But no netflix!
I can only imagine that 11 will be worse, if we get to that.
Nah, I can see 11 regenerating with a smile. In my mind I can see him skipping into the TARDIS while smiling about all the adventures he's had, and just peacefully regenerating.

Like how Nine regenerated.
One thing I didn't like about Ten was that his character development was the opposite of Nine's. Rose helps Nine get rid of all his (outward) angst about the Time war, so he regenerates with a smile. Initially, Ten is all bouncy and happy but is manic depressive by the time he regenerates.

If Netflix uses a Windows-based program, then use Wine.
[editline]16 july 2011[/editline]
I just came to think of something. If I take the image of an Angel (Weeping Angel), do I become an Angel then?
(Whatever takes the image of an angel becomes itself an angel)
I've tried to use Wine, it doesn't work with silverlight.

I believe that was an early banana daiquiri.
Also, somehow I had never seen the Torchwood episode 'Adrift'. It had me in tears at the end :S

Nah, 'fraid it was wine. He says something like "and I bet you think this is just wine" as he does it.
And which was Adrift?
I've tried to use Wine, it doesn't work with silverlight.
I think there's a Silverlight for Linux beta or something, as I can remember using Silverlight-applications on Linux once.

Ah yes, you're right. Oh well, the daiquiri joke in that episode is still good.
Adrift was the one about the rift taking people and the island Jack setup to help those people once they were returned.
Take a look at 8; [thumb]http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/4739/1930.png[/thumb]

1,3,4 and 6, there's (probably) an app for that. 8 is brilliant.

It probably wasn't in one of the adults-allowed shows anyway. Remember, this was the production we were all raging about because it was for 12 and unders only?

That's so awesome, I love how Matt Smith gets so involved in all of this.

He's brilliant. Unlike Eccleston, he obviously has a genuine love of both the show and kids, and it really makes a difference. He's a great person :v:
