So River Song (Alex Kingston) was the fourth and final regeneration of Melody Pond.
Fourth? The little girl in the spacesuit, Mels, River, who's the fourth?
How can you guys like that, it was terrible.
Go away, you never like Doctor Who
That whole episode was a massive mindfuck.
Im a bit confused.
What is the name of that backwardsy sounding song when the Doctor was crawling up the stairs?
Fourth? The little girl in the spacesuit, Mels, River, who's the fourth?
There's one between the little girl and Mels. She regenerates at the end of Day of the Moon.
... Right?

Sounded like a remixed version of "River of Tears" from Season 5.

This is true.
Baby, grew into a child BOOM REGENERATE
Black toddler. 40 years later (Which is odd) grew up into Rory and Amys friend and then BOOM RGENERATE
River Song
Three times.

Yep into Mels
Someone tells me wtf benjamin is...
Go away, you never like Doctor Who
I liked doctor who before this writer took over.
Someone tells me wtf benjamin is...
I'm kind of assuming it's another 'The Graduate' reference
He referred to River as 'Mrs Robinson' before.

... You are 1 in 1,000,000
If you prefer RTD's lackluster one night stand style to the Moff's one night stand which ends with the threat of contracting Gonorrhea, ending with the relief that your all clear... then you are obviously... simple minded?

The first two series RTD did were great.
Next week: Einstein! Courtesy of that children's writing competition.
So River Song (Alex Kingston) was the fourth and final regeneration of Melody Pond.
No? There's 3 of her. Melody, Mels and River.
The first two series RTD did were great.
Did I say they were not?
Actually... in retrospect they were terrible, the doctor prancing around in boring episodes which never really added anything to the plot, OK they weren't terrible but they were nothing special (that is until the Moff wrote the few good episodes...).
Did I say they were not?
You called him lack luster
Also I'm glad you guys liked the stream, I'll be doing it for the rest of the series for sure!
No? There's 3 of her. Melody, Mels and River.
Presumably, when she had a regeneration between space-suit girl and Mels.
Presumably, when she had a regeneration between space-suit girl and Mels.
She mentioned that she could make herself look younger to "freak people out" so it's not inconceivable she spent the whole of the thatcher years as mels

No. Most casual watchers prefer RTD to Moffat - It's not hard to figure out why. RTD's plots got resolved after one series, and each week there was just a monster of the week, no recurring plot to speak of.

That was a regen thing, I think.
That was a regen thing, I think.
no. it was done to explain why alex kingston looks younger in the earlier episodes even though her character is older
no. it was done to explain why alex kingston looks younger in the earlier episodes even though her character is older
I suppose.
Which is what I said... but I described it in sexual terms...
No. Most casual watchers prefer RTD to Moffat

Any proof of that? The AI figures are almost exactly the same.

Which is nice, but it's even more amazing to have a full-fledged plot.

No real proof, but most people I know preferred Doctor Who under RTD. I've seen a lot of people say it on the Doctor Who facebook page too.
Which is nice, but it's even more amazing to have a full-fledged plot.
I much preferred getting a different plot every week
Ok so, the 12 regenerations per timelord (Doctor was on his last regeneration (eleventh doctor but 12th regeneration (Tennant regen'd but stayed Tennant thanks to hand)) thing was confirmed and then upped by another 10 (River had 10 regenerations left). So in another 10 doctors it will have to be fixed again. :v:

You're just too lazy to catch up with long and advanced plots unlike the rest of us superior-minded people.

I wouldn't mind if the plot was interesting and well thought out, but it usually just devolves into a cluster fuck

At least we know that River couldn't have regenerated even if she could. It was perma death.
