I bet Moffat pulls a Moffat and it's actually Moffat in the suit.

Damnit, I was just going to post Shyamalan rubbing his hands together.
Am I the only one who wants to just stop guessing future plots points at this point in Series 6 and just enjoy the fucking show as it unfolds? Agree if you agree, Disagree if you disagree (I'm not trying to get pointless attention, I'm interested to find out)
holy jesus that new episode was amazing

It is actually a vague sentence.

Part of why I enjoy Moffat's writing so much is because it keeps me wanting to guess what's going to happen.

I love Moffat's writing just for those "wait what so whah" moments where you're slowly putting everything together
Could someone PM me what they thought of Let's Kill Hitler? spoiler-free of course.

"Time Lord uncertainty, doubt victory..."
Definitely one of the best episodes of the Matt Smith Doctor Era so far........story was genius ( Moffat wrote it so no surprise there ) and left enough to leave me wanting more all in all a brilliant episode and well worth the wait.
[editline]28th August 2011[/editline]
My views on all the "Not enough Hitler" shit is, This is Doctor Who, i want a story that is out of this world...........not a story that is done to death.
What a terrible episode, I'm sorry to criticise but they seriously got all hyped for the hitler killing shit yet they just[sp]stick him in a cupboard and completely forget about him for the rest of the episode[/sp]I swear to god I only watch it now to see Karen Gillan in skirts and various uniforms. If she left I wouldn't bother.
Poor Hitler, trapped in the cupboard by the mean Time Travellers. :(

The show's called Doctor Who not Doctor Hitler

I'm sorry, but exactly how could they have gotten away with having Hitler as a character in the show unless it was a small cameo / comedic appearance? That's what I was thinking about all the way up to the episode, and quite frankly there's no other way they could've had Hitler as a character unless they did what they did. And if you only saw it to see a) "the hitler killing shit" and b) Karen Gillan in skirts and various uniforms, then to be honest... I don't care what you thought about it :v:
Non spoiler-tagged spoilers ahead. Anyway, I thought it was an excellent episode. Absolutely brilliant. The way they got the Doctor's attention at the beginning was great. I expected River to get out of the car when it pulled up... And I guess, in a way, I was right :v: And as I said earlier, the way they dealt with ol' Adolf was brilliant. They couldn't really kill him, or befriend him - the only way they could tactfully deal with him was to stuff him in a cupboard and act on other, more important things.
One thing I would say about it, though, was the fact that the Tesseract (or whatever) was a bit... Well, for lack of a better word, weird. Although I guess it was supposed to be a bit weird - this is Doctor Who, anyway - and it would've been a bit of a smaller episode if it'd been left out. But I still think they could've thought of a better extra-terrestrial to fight. Slight feeling of nostalgia - it felt very much like an enemy that would've been fought by Christopher Eccleston, somehow. But still.
All in all, a cracking start to the second half of the series. Bravo, Moffat and the rest of the DW team. I especially liked Matt Smith's performance. I was genuinely worried about the Doctor's fate - it was a pretty powerful performance, and made me forget that I'd seen him alive and kicking in the previews for episodes after this one.
I had to retype about half of that, because my internet failed and didn't save it before I posted it, so I had to fix it and then post it again, but it'd only saved up to the point where my internet failed and I can't remember exactly what I said before so most of it is probably missing and / or not as good as what I said in the first place so I am a very sad person now :c
I'm happy they actually explained her looking younger when she died, in a fun way :v: and the effects have gotten so much better again, I mean his face morphing with those cubes looked fantastic!
Story was a bit all over the place but at least it's fast paced and fun.
It's a new company that does the SFX. I know a guy who does it all.
I doubt that it's Melody who killed the Doctor wearing the Astronaut suit. If she was, why would she have stayed in Amy and Rory's lives, only to try kill the Doctor again?
So the doctors death set in stone means the end for doctor who soon?
Doubt it, seeing as the show makes a lot of money.
So where has Let's Kill Hitler actually aired so far?
When does it air for Australia?
Is there anywhere I can see it now (BBC streaming services or whatever)?

Its not the end of Doctor who, the last episode says that his death doesn't go according to plan, so we can assume that something weird happens that saves him. Should all be good.

Oh my god you are my fucking hero right now thank you so much
Does anyone else think that the question that's hidden in plain sight the Silence are supposed to believe in is "Doctor who?"
To be honest, I stopped watching this when Tennant left. The new Doctor just annoys me.
