Most routers assign IP addresses that start 192.168. and end in two random sets of numbers. If you and KPunch have a router made by the same company, it is highly likely you will have the same IP as him.
HOWEVER, this is an internal IP. It will only be recognised by computers INSIDE your network. To find out your EXTERNAL or INTERNET IP, you need to visit a site such as [url]http://www.whatismyip.org/[/url] - this is the IP you need to give someone when you are hosting a GMOD or CS server.

Also, I doubt a mod would see 82.29.10.15 if he traced me, because the ISP I use caches connections on port 80 to a different IP.
