While old thread had some questionable content there is always "Report user" button. How come it turned from simple "report->move on" to "nuke threads that have/had X at all".

Personally, I still don't see what would be so bad about having a dedicated NSFW section. You could make it to where it's only visible if you are logged in and possibly registered as over 18. If that's the case, then I don't think you would even need any sort of legal agreement. I honestly don't think it would make things any different than what they already were. In fact, I think it would even be an improvement.

To be honest, that comment was more directed at what dai said earlier about this place being strictly a gaming forum with some non-gaming elements, which is something I disagree with since I know quite a few people come here for things that aren't gaming related nowadays. Anecdotal I know, but I feel there's a significant population here that aren't all that interesting in gaming
