I think the fact that the forum isn't classed as 18+ the content should be for all ages, unless previously deemed NSFW. Warning people before entering the thread. You can't do that with sex/women/hentai/furry avatars, it just pops up as you scroll down the page. So either make the whole forum 18+/NSFW or ban sexual avatars.

What about a two avatar balance? Users can check an option in the user cp to enable safe avatars. Every user has the option to upload a safe avatar along with whatever their normal avatar is, and by default the normal avatar is copied over. Administrators have the right to ban sexually explicit 'safe' avatars. I don't know whether this is a feasable solution or not but its my 2 cents.
