I just painted over it, theres not much else you can do other than get a new slide.

One thing I don't understand is why the gas chamber inside of my KJW Colt 1911 is red. Perhaps it's a more durable plastic. Who knows?

Mine is blue.

Its not actually, UKARA have no power legal wise over anyone. There's just shops within the UK that abide by the UKARA licensing scheme to sell 60% brightly coloured AEGs to those without a license. It's actually perfectly legal to import an imitation rifle from abroad providing you are 18 years of age. And yeah, I used nail polish remover and elbow grease. That handguard is going to be a bitch.

Why don't you just use spraypaint?
